Abstract

본 발명은 엔진 오일 냉각 장치에 대한 것으로, 상세하게는 오일 온도가 적정치 이상으로 상승하게 되면 오일 필터로 엔진 냉각수가 유도되도록 하여 오일을 냉각시키도록 하므로서 오일의 열화를 방지시키도록 하는 엔진 오일 냉각 장치에 대한 것이다.
즉 본 발명은 라디에이터로부터 유출된 냉각수를 오일 필터 내부로 순환되도록 하되 오일 온도에 따라 작동되는 수량 제어 밸브에 의해서 냉각수 공급량이 제어되도록 하므로서 상기 오일 필터 내부의 오일을 항상 일정한 온도로 유지시킬 수 있도록 하는 구성이 특징적이다.
이는 오일의 온도에 따라 수량 제어 밸브가 오일 필터로의 냉각수 공급량을 제어토록 하므로서 오일의 자동온도 조절을 통한 오일 열화 방지 및 엔진 윤활부의 작동성을 향상시킬 수 있도록 하는 구성에 대한 것이다.

Claims (3)

  1. 라디에이터로부터 유출된 냉각수를 오일 필터 내부로 순환되도록 하되 오일 온도에 따라 작동되는 수량 제어 밸브에 의해서 냉각수 공급량이 제어되도록 하므로서 상기 오일 필터 내부의 오일을 항상 일정한 온도로 유지시킬 수 있도록 하는 구성를 특징으로 하는 엔진 오일 냉각 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수량 제어 밸브는 오일 필터측으로 유도되는 오일에 의해 수축 및 팽창하는 왁스가 리턴 스프링에 의해 탈지되는 피스톤을 슬라이딩 작동시키므로서 오일 필터 내부를 순환하는 냉각수 파이프로의 냉각수 공급을 제어시키도록 하는 구성임을 특징으로 하는 엔진 오일 냉각 장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 오일 필터 내부를 순환하여 가열된 냉각수는 라디에이터의 유입구측으로 유도되도록 한 구성을 특징으로 하는 엔진 오일 장치.
