Abstract
본 발명은 캠을 다단으로 형성하여 흡기밸브의 양정을 고출력, 고연비 그리고 저속에서의 토크를 증가시키도록 조절하는 자동차의 가변밸브 타이밍 리프트 기구에 관한 것으로 종래의 VTEC는 저속과 고속에 따라 연결되고 분리되는 로커암과 3개의 캠으로 구성되어 구조가 복잡하고 제작 단가가 높아 범용화하기 힘들고 고장발생시 수리가 곤란한 문제점이 있어왔던 바, 흡기밸브의 상측에 다단헤드를 일체로 형성하고 이와 맞닿아 흡기밸브를 작동시키는 다단 캠을 형성하여 기존의 VTEC에 의하여 발생되는 효과를 만족하면서 구조를 단순화 하여 제작단가가 낮고 쉽게 적용할 수 있으며 수리가 용이한 효과가 있는 자동차의 가변밸트 타이밍 리프트 기구이다.The present invention relates to a variable valve timing lift mechanism of an automobile in which a cam is formed in multiple stages to adjust the head of an intake valve to increase torque at high power, high fuel consumption, and low speed.
