Abstract

본 발명은 자동차 도어판넬의 사이드 웨더 스트립에 관한 것으로서, 사이드 웨더 스트립에 공간부가 각각 형성된 제1 및 제2튜브가 일체로 성형되고, 제1 및 제2튜브에는 사이드 웨더 스트립이 바디에 밀착시 접촉면적이 작은 공간부로 공기를 유동시켜 튜브를 팽창시킬 수 있도록 공기통로가 연통됨으로써, 사이드 웨더 스트립의 탄성변형을 감소시킴은 물론 빗물 및 먼지등의 이물질의 이중으로 차단할 수 있어 차량실내의 기밀 및 수밀 성능을 향상시킬 수 있다.

제2도는 본 발명에 따른 자동차 도어판넬의 사이드 웨더 스트립을 나타낸 단면도이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 도어판넬을 구성하는 내측판넬에 외부공기를 차단하기 위한 도어 글래스런이 장착되고 상기 내측판넬과 상호 융착된 외측판넬에 장착되어 루프판넬을 따라 흘러내리는 빗물 또는 먼지등의 이물질 유입을 차단시키는 사이드 웨더 스트립에 있어서, 사이드 웨더 스트립에 일체로 성형되어 바디에 접촉면적이 넓도록 밀착되는 공간부가 형성된 제1튜브와, 상기 제1튜브의 공간부에 저장된 공기가 도어를 닫을때 유동되어 바다의 바깥면에서 빗물 또는 이물질 유입을 이중을 차단시킬 수 있도록 사이드 웨더 스트립에 일체로 성형된 제2튜브와; 상기 제1 및 제2튜브에는 바디에 접촉면적이 작은 공간부로 공기가 유동되어 팽창된 공기압에 의해 접촉면적을 증가시키는 공기통로가 연통됨을 특징으로 하는 자동차 도어판넬의 사이드 웨더 스트립.
