Abstract

본 발명은 인공고관절에 관한 것으로, 특히 비구컵과 대퇴골두의 회전마찰에 의한 마멸을 감소시키도록 개선된 구조의 인공고관절에 관한 것이다.
본 발명에 따른 인공고관절은, 골반뼈에 고착되며 내측에 폴리에틸렌층이 형성된 비구컵에 파지되는 대퇴골두가 상단에 고정된 축부가 대퇴골에 경사지게 관통 고정된 하우징내에 수용되며 베어링수단에 의해 축부에 대하여 하우징이 회전하도록 되어 비구컵에서 대퇴골두의 회전이 수반되는 신체동작시 대퇴골두의 회전을 축부의 회전에 의해 동일한 효과를 나타내도록 작용함으로써 대퇴골두가 회전작용을 하지 않도록 한 구성으로, 회전에 의한 대퇴골두와 비구컵의 폴리에틸렌층의 마멸을 감소시켜 인공고관절의 내구성이 향상됨과 함께 인공고관절의 시술 후 부작용이 감소되는 효과가 있다.

Claims (6)

  1. 내측의 폴리에틸렌층과 그 외측에 금속재의 중공 반구형체가 일체로 성형되어 골반뼈에 고착되는 인공의 비구컵과, 그 비구컵의 내측에 회동자재하게 파지되는 구형체의 금속재 대퇴골두를 구비하고 대퇴골에 고정되는 지지부를 지니는 인공고관절에 있어서, 상기 지지부는 대퇴골두를 상단에 결합 고정하여 지지하는 축부와, 그 축부에 대하여 상대적으로 회전 가능하며 대퇴골의 대전자부에 경사지게 매설 고정된 하우징, 및 상기 축부와 하우징 사이에 장착되어 비구컵에서 대퇴골두의 회전이 수반되는 신체동작시 대퇴골두가 비구컵에서 회전하는 것과 동일한 효과를 발휘하도록 상기 축부에 대하여 하우징이 회전하도록 하며 축부 상단에 고정된 대퇴골두에 작용되는 축부의 축방향 및 반경방향 하중을 하우징에 대하여 지지하는 베어링수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인공고관절.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 베어링수단을 축부의 중간부에 제공된 테이퍼 롤러베어링과 하단부에 제공된 니이들 베어링으로 사용하여 정해진 해부학적 공간내에서 구조적으로 안정된 회전 및 하중 지지기능을 수행할 수 있도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 인공고관절.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 하우징은 축부에 제공된 테이퍼 롤러베어링을 수용하는 대직경부를 포함하며, 하우징 내부공간이 밀봉되도록 상기 하우징의 대직경부 상단에 고착되며 축부가 관통하는 덮개가 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 인공고관절.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 하우징의 밀폐된 내부공간에는 베어링의 마찰을 감쇠시키기 위한 윤활유가 충전된 것을 특징으로 하는 인공고관절.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 테이퍼 롤러베어링과 덮개 사이에 위치하도록 축부의 반경방향 외측으로 돌출된 돌출부가 형성되어 테이퍼 롤러베어링 및 축부 자체가 하우징에서 이탈되지 않도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 인공고관절.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항 중 제1항에 있어서, 상기 하우징은 대퇴골속의 골수를 제거한 공간에 삽임되는 스템의 상부에 형성된 축부수용 공간으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 인공고관절.
