Abstract

본 발명은 칼라보드용 자외선경화형 코팅조성물에 관한 것으로, 좀더 상세하게는 적오도 2개 이상의 아크릴그룹을 갖는 올리고머 30 내지 60중량%, 적어도 1개 이상의 1관능성, 2관능성, 3관능성 또는 4관능성 아크릴계 모노머 30 내지 50중량%, 무기안료 2 내지 15중량%, 광개시제 2 내지 7중량%, 표면에너지 조절제 0.5 내지 1.5중량% 및 분산제 0.5 내지 1.5중량%로 이루어진 코팅조성물을 보드 기판에 코팅시킨 다음, 자외선경화시켜 칼라보드를 제조한다. 상기 칼라보드는 필기성, 내구성 및 내오염성이 우수하다.

Claims (8)

  1. 적어도 2개 이상의 아크릴그룹을 갖는 올리거머 30 내지 60중량%, 적어도 1개 이상의 1관능성, 2관능성, 3관능성 또는 4관능성 아크릴계 모노머 30 내지 50중량%, 무기안료 2 내지 15중량%, 광개시제 2 내지 7중량%, 표면에너지 조절제 0.5 내지 1.5중량% 및 분산제 0.5 내지 1.5중량%로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 칼라보드용 자외선 경화형 코팅조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 올리거머가 우레탄 아크릴레이트, 폴리에테르 아크릴레이트 또는 노보락 구조의 에폭시아릴레이트임을 특징으로 하는 칼라보드용 자외선경화형 코팅조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 상기 아크릴계 모노머는 2-하이드록시 에틸 아크릴레이트(2-HPA), 1,6-헥산디올디아크릴레이트(HDDA), 폴리에틸렌 글리콜디아크릴레이트(PEGDA) 트리메틸을 프로판 트리아크릴레이트(TMPTA) 및 펜타에리트롤 테트라아크릴레이트(PETIA)로 이루어진 군으로부터 하나 또는 그 이상 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 칼라보드용 자외선경화형 코팅조성물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 광개시제가 벤조펜논, 1-하이드록시-사이클로헥실 페닐케톤(IRG-184), 비스아실포스파인옥사이드(BAPO), CGI-1700, 또는 트리포스파인옥사이드임을 특징으로 하는 칼라보드용 자외선 경화형 코팅조성물.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 표면에너지 조절제가 EB-350임을 특징으로 하는 칼라보드용 자외선경화형 코팅조성물.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항의 조성물이 기판상에 코팅된 칼라보드.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 기판이 메타아크릴레이트 수지)PMMA), 폴리카아보네이트(PC), 염화비닐계 합성수지(PVC), 폴리프로필렌 발포수지(PP), 아크릴로나이트릴 부타디엔 스타이렌(ABS)계 합성수지 또는 화이트 보드임을 특징으로 하는 칼라보드.
  8. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 조성물의 코팅된 두께가 30∼100um임을 특징으로 하는 칼라보드.
