Abstract
성형공구내에서 관형상 금속 부위로부터 횡단브랜치를 구비한 중공의 몸체를 생산하기 위한 방법은 내부고압성형 기술을 사용한다.
이 방법은 최대 생산내부압력(Pilmax)보다 더 높은 내부압력에서 플래톤(고압성형중에 브랜치를 지지함)에 의해서 펀치아웃되는 브랜치의 크라운에 제공된다.
그 헤드 끝에 있는 플래튼의 끝면은 작동지지면 보다 더 큰 치수이고, 칼라의 작동 지지면 외주에서 둘러싸는 커팅에지를 가지고 있다.

제3a도 내지 제3b도 및 제3c도는 상이한 작동단계로서 최대생산 내부고압(제3a도)에서 브랜치 크라운의 펀칭아웃의 시작(제3b도)에서 관형상 부위의 즈랜치의 발생하는 단계 또는 브랜치 내측벽의 매끄럽게 하는 단계를 나타내는 개략부분 단면도.
Claims (4)
- 중공의 몸체가 길이방향 축선을 가진 관형상 몸제부위와 상기 길이방향 곡선으로 통상 횡단하는 일체적인 관형상 브랜치를 포함하고 있는 중공의 몸체를 관형상 금속부위로부터 생산하기 위한 방법에 있어서, 상기 방법은 성형공구를 채용하고 내부고압성형 단계를 포함하고 있으며, 상기 내부고압단계는 상기 제1몸체 부위상에서 크라운을 포함하며 상기 브랜치의 형성을 발생시키며, 상기 성형공구는 상기 내부고압단게 중에 상기 크라운을 지지하는 플래튼을 포함하고 있으며, 상기 방법은 상기 성형단계의 최대내부압력보다 더 큰 내부압력에서 발행하는 펀칭단계를 더 포함하고 있으며, 이 펀칭단계동안에 상기 플래튼은 상기 크라운을 상기 브랜치로부터 펀치 아웃시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 브랜치의 내부치수는 상기 펀칭단계 중에 조정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 청구범위 제1항에 다른 내부고압성형 과정에 의해서 생산된 중공의 몸체를 펀칭 아웃시키기 위한 장치에 있어서, 상기 플래튼은 상기 내부 고압단계 중에 상기 브랜치의 크라운에 어드레스된 끝면을 포함하고 있으며 상기 헤드끝은 작동지지 면을 포함하고 이 헤드끝은 상기 내부성형단계 중에 크라운을 지지하며, 상기 플래튼의 상기 끝면은 상기 작동면보다 더 큰 치수를 가지고 있으며 칼라의 방식으로 상기 작동지지면을 주위에서 둘러싸는 커팅에지를 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 플래튼 헤드는 외주를 포함하고 있으며, 외주는 상기 펀칭단계 중에 상기 브랜치의 내경을 조정하기 위한 비드를 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
