Abstract

단일 디지털 마이크로프로세서를 사용하고, 어떠한 스위칭 소자나 태양 전지에 대해 서로 하드웨어 설계를 변경하지 않고 전류 제어 및 최대 전력 제어를 실행할 수 있는 값싼 인버터를 제공하기 위하여, 출력 전류 또는 출력 전압 및 기준 신호를 수신하고 스위칭 소자의 스위칭 상태를 반전해야 하는지 아닌지 여부를 판별하기 위한 반전 판별 회로, 및 판전 판별 회로에서 출력되는 반전 요구 신호에 응답하여 스위칭 소자의 스위칭 상태를 변경하기 위한 게이트 펄스신호 형성장치에 의해 구성되는, 스위칭 소자를 사용하여 직류(DC) 전력을 교류(AC) 전력으로 변환시키는 인버터의 제어 회로가 제공된다. 게이트 펄스 신호 형성 장치는, 반전 요구 신호를 인터럽트 제어 신호로 사용하여 인터럽트 처리에 의해 게이트 펄스 신호를 형성하는 CPU를 갖는다.

인버터의 제어 장치 및 그런 제어 장치를 이용한 발전 시스템

제1도는 태양력 발전(發電) 시스템의 구성을 설명하기 위한 개략적인 블록 구성도이다, 제2도는 출력 전류값과 전류 명령값 간의 관계를 설명하기 위한 개략적인 설명도이다, 제3도 및 제10도는 각각 본 발명에 따른 태양력 발전 시스템 구성의 일예를 설명하기 위한 개략적인 블록 구성도이다, 제4도는 스위칭 장치의 일예를 설명하기 위한 개략적인 회로도이다.

Claims (5)

  1. 스위칭 소자를 이용하여 직류 전력을 교류 전력으로 변환하고, 상용 전원 시스템에 상기 교류 전력을 역으로 공급하기 위한 인버터의 제어 장치에 있어서, 상기 인버터의 출력 전류 또는 출력 전압을 기정의 기준신호와 비교함으로써, 상기 스위칭 소자의 스위칭 상태를 반전하는지 여부를 판별하기 위한 반전 판별 수단; 및 상기 판별 수단으로부터 출력되는 반전 요구 신호에 응답하여 상기 스위칭 소자의 스위칭 상태를 반전시키기 위한 게이트 펄스 신호 형성 수단을 포함하고, 상기 게이트 펄스 신호 형성 수단은 디지털 CPU를 갖고, 상기 CPU는 상기 반전 요구 신호를 인터럽트 제어 신호로서 수신하고, 상기 인터럽트 제어 진호가 입력된 후, 반전 요구 인터럽트 처리 루틴 내에서 상기 스위칭 소자의 스위칭 상태를 반전시키기 위해 게이트 펄스 신호를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인버터 제어 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 게이트 펄스 신호 형성 수단은 상기 스위칭 소자의 스위칭 상태를, 상기 인버터의 출력 전압이 제1의 극성으로 상기 상용 전원 시스템에 인가되는 제1의 상태, 또는 상기 출력 전압이 상기 제1의 극성에 상반되는 극성으로 인가되는 제2의 상태로 반전시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 인버터의 제어 장치.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 시간 측정 수단을 더 포함하고, 상기 디지털 CPU는 상기 시간 측정 수단의 출력을 기초로 하여 상기 반전 요구 인터럽트 처리 루틴 내에서 이전의 반전 요구와 현 반전 요구 간의 시간 차를 구하고, 상기 시간 차가 기정 시간보다 짧을 경우에는, CPU는 상기 기정 시간에 도달할 때까지 대기하였다가 상기 스위칭 소자의 스위칭 상태 반전을 실행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인버터의 제어 장치.
  4. 제1항에 따른 제어 장치를 갖는 인버터; 상기 인버터에 직류 전력을 공급하기 위한 태양 전지; 및 상기 인버터의 부가 시스템으로서 상용 전원 시스템을 포함하고, 상기 태양 전지의 출력 전원은 상기 상용 전원 시스템에 역으로 공급되는 것을 특징으로 하는 태양력 발전 시스템.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 스위칭 상태를 변경하는 처리 외에, 상기 제어 장치의 디지털 CPU는 또한 태양전지로부터 최대 전력을 뽑아내기 위해 태양 전지의 동작 전압을 제어하는 최대 전력 제어 처리를 동시에 실행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 태양력 발전 시스템.
