Abstract

마더보드와 연결되는 라이저 카드 에지 접속기부분이 있는 기판과, 두개의 버스를 동시에 지원하기 위한 버스 슬롯부분으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 확장 슬롯 전용 듀얼 버스 라이저 카드는 동시에 두개의 버스를 지원하기 때문에 중앙 처리 장치의 데이타 처리 능력과 버스의 데이타 전송 능력 차이로 발생하는 데이타 전송 과정에서의 체증 현상을 없앨 수 있으므로 데이타 처리 속도를 향상 시킬 수 있다.

제2도는 이 발명의 실시예에 따른 확장 슬롯 전용 듀얼 버스 라이저 카드의 측면도이고, 제4도는 이 발명의 실시예에 따른 3슬롯 아이사 버스와 2슬롯 피씨아이 버스를 지원하는 확장 슬롯 전용 듀얼 버스 라이저 카드의 블럭 구성도이다.

Claims (4)

  1. 마더보드와 연결되는 라이저 카드 에지 접속기 부분이 있는 기판과, 두개의 버스를 동시에 지원하기 위한 버스 슬롯부분으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 확장 슬롯 전용 듀얼 버스 라이저 카드.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 버스 슬롯부분은, 한쪽에 PCI 버스가 다른 한쪽에는 ISA 버스로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 확장 슬롯 전용 듀얼 버스 라이저 카드.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기한 버스 슬롯부분은 3슬롯 ISA 버스, 2슬롯 PCI 버스를 지원하는 것을 특징으로 하는 확장 슬롯 전용 듀얼 버스 라이저 카드.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 상기한 버스 슬롯 부분은, 4슬롯 ISA 버스, 3슬롯 PC 버스를 지원하는 것을 특징으로 하는 확장 슬롯 전용 듀얼 버스 라이저 카드.
