PK포를 편성하는데 있어서, 실린더편침(또는 다이얼편침)들은 상승스티치중 편성물이 달려올라가기 때문에 움직일 수 없게 고정유지되어야 한다. 이러한 문제점을 해소하기 위해 본 고안자는 대한민국 실용신안 제93-23822호인 "편성물 편성용 양면편기" 에 제시한 바와같이 양면편기용 싱커어셈블리(sinker assembly)를 고안하였다. 싱커어셈블리는 양면편기의 케이싱(casing)내에 각각의 실린더편침에 대응하여 설치되며, 편성된 편성물을 지지하고 안내하기 위한 고정싱커(fixed sinker)와, 고정싱커와 평행하게 배치되고 적당히 편성된 편성물이 실린더편침에 의해 상승되는 것을 방지하기 위하여 편침실린더의 상승스티치 중 적당히 편성된 편성물을 누르기 위해 반경방향으로 왕복운동하는 프레서싱커(presser sinker)로 구성된다. 이러한 구조의 싱커어셈블리는 실용적이지만, 프레서싱커와 고정싱커로 구성되기 때문에 그 구조가 복잡하다(제1도참조).The present invention is a double knit machine. The sinker assembly is installed to correspond to each cylinder knitting needle in a casing of a double-sided knitting machine, and includes a fixed sinker for supporting and guiding the knitted fabric, and a knitted fabric arranged and parallel to the fixed sinker. It consists of a presser sinker which radially reciprocates in order to press the knitted fabric which is suitably knitted among the rising stitches of the needle needle cylinder to prevent it from being lifted by the cylinder needle needle.
