Abstract

본 발명은 분자량 분포(Mw/Mn)가 약 4 내지 약 60이고, 용융 유량이 약 0.5 내지 약 50dg/min이며 25℃에서 크실렌 불용성이 94% 이상인, 분자량 분포가 넓은 프로필렌 중합체 물질에 관한 것이다. 분자량 분포가 넓은 프로필렌 중합체 물질과 불균질상 올레핀 중합체 조성물의 혼합물도 사용할 수 있다.

Claims (5)

  1. 분자량 분포(Mw/Mn)가 약 4 내지 약 60이고, 용융 유량이 약 0.5 내지 약 50dg/min이며 25℃에서 크실렌 불용성이 94% 이상인, 분자량 분포가 넓은 프로필렌 중합체 물질을 포함하는 필름 또는 시트 물질.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 분자량 분포가 넓은 프로필렌 중합체 물질이 분자량 분포가 넓은 프로필렌 단독중합체 또는 에틸렌/프로필렌 고무 충격-개질되고 분자량 분포가 넓은 프로필렌 단독중합체인 필름 또는 시트 물질.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 필름 또는 시트 물질이 부가적으로, 조성물의 총중량을 기준으로 하여, 2단계 이상으로 중합시켜 제조한 불균질상 올레핀 중합체 조성물을 약 10% 내지 약 90% 포함하고, 아이소택틱 지수가 80 이상인 프로필렌 단독중합체, 또는 프로필렌과 에틸렌의 공중합체(ⅰ), 프로필렌, 에틸렌 및 CH2=CHR α-올레핀(여기서, R은 C2-8직쇄 또는 측쇄 알킬이다)의 공중합체(ⅱ), 및 프로필렌과 상기 (ⅱ)에서 정의된 α-올레핀의 공중합체(ⅲ)로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 선택되고, 프로필렌을 80% 이상 함유하며 아이소택틱 지수가 80 이상인 공중합체⒜ 약 10 내지 약 50부; 결정화도가 약 20% 내지 약 60%이고, 에틸렌을 55% 이상 함유하는 에틸렌과 프로필렌의 공중합체(ⅰ), α-올레핀을 1 내지 10% 함유하고 에틸렌 및 α-올레핀을 55% 이상 함유하는 에틸렌, 프로필렌 및 상기 ⒜ (ⅱ)에서 정의된 α-올레핀의 공중합체(ⅱ), 및 α-올레핀을 55% 이상 함유하는 에틸렌과 상기 ⒜ (ⅱ)에서 정의된 α-올레핀의 공중합체(ⅲ)로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 선택되며 실온 또는 주위 온도에서 크실렌에 불용성인 반결정성, 필수적으로 선형인 공중합체 분획⒝ 약 5 내지 약 20부; 및 공중합체가 에틸렌을 20 내지 40% 함유하는 에틸렌과 프로필렌의 공중합체(ⅰ), α-올레핀이 1 내지 10%의 양으로 존재하고 에틸렌 및 α-올레핀이 20 내지 40%의 양으로 존재하는 에틸렌, 프로필렌 및 상기 ⒜ (ⅱ)에서 정의된 α-올레핀의 공중합체(ⅱ), 및 α-올레핀을 20 내지 40% 함유하고 임의로 디엔을 0.5 내지 10% 함유하는 에틸렌과 상기 ⒜ (ⅱ)에서 정의된 α-올레핀의 공중합체(ⅲ)로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 선택되고, 주위 온도에서 크실렌에 가용성이며 고유 점도가 1.5 내지 4.0㎗/g인 공중합체 분획⒞ 약 40 내지 80부를 포함하는데, 성분⒝ 및 ⒞ 분획의 총량이 전체 올레핀 중합체 조성물을 기준으로 하여 약 50 내지 약 90%이고, 성분 ⒝/⒞의 중량비가 0.4 이하이며 조성물의 굴곡 모듈러스가 150MPa 미만인 필름 또는 시트 물질.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 분자량 분포가 넓은 프로필렌 중합체 물질이 프로필렌 단독중합체이고, 프로필렌 단독중합체의 분자량 분포가 약 7 내지 약 20이며, 용융 유량이 약 0.5 내지 약 2dg/min이고 25℃에서 크실렌 불용물이 96% 이상인 필름 또는 시트 물질.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 분자량 분포가 넓은 프로필렌 중합체 물질이 프로필렌 단독중합체이고, 프로필렌 단독중합체의 분자량 분포가 약 7 내지 약 20이며, 용융 유량이 약 0.5 내지 약 2dg/min이고25℃에서 크실렌 불용물이 96% 이상인 필름 또는 시트 물질.
