Abstract

본 발명은 디지털 비데오 디스크용 동기 패턴 검출 장치에 있어서, DVD등과 같은 데이터 처리에 필요한 동기 신호를 생성및 보상해 주는 디지털 비데오 디스크용 동기 패턴 검출 장치에 관한 것으로써, CLV 제어 신호 생성부와, 초기 신호를 검출하는 롱 마크 검출부와, 초기의 CLV 제어 신호를 제어하는 초기화 CLV 제어부와, 프레임이나 섹터 동기 패턴과 일치할때 그에 해당하는 신호를 출력하는 동기 패턴 검출부(80)와, 각 프레임과 섹터의 동기 신호를 만들어 내고 보상하는 동기생성 및 보정부 및, 외부 시스템의 제어와 CPU간의 인터페이스를 담당하는 제어 및 CPU 인터페이스부로 구성되며, 동작주파수를 높여 데이터 압출률을 높이고 섹터의 구별을 쉽게 하였으며, 동기 패턴을 여러개를 사용함으로써 동기를 보다정확히 맞출 수 있고, 최초 동기 신호를 검출함으로써 오차를 줄일 수 있는 효과가 있다.

Claims (5)

  1. 디지털 비데오 디스크용 데이터 디코딩 장치에 있어서, 데이터 포맷의 각각에 맞는 동기 신호를 만들어 내고 입력되는 데이터의 동기 신호를 검출하는 동기 패턴 검출 및 생성부(30)와, 입력된 데이터를 헤더와 유져 데이터를추출하여 각각의 버퍼로 보내는 것을 제어하는 시퀀스 제어부(40)와, 입력된 데이터를 제공된 다항식을 이용하여 계산하여 에러 유무를 체크하고 보상해 주는 CRC 처리부(50)와, 에러 보정된 데이터를 CPU를 거치지 않고 외부 시스템으로 바로인터페이스 시켜주는 데이터 메모리 억세스부(60) 및, 상기 시퀀스 제어부(40)에서 보내온 헤더와 유져 데이터를 각각의 버퍼에 저장하여 두는 버퍼부(70)로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 시퀀스 제어부(40)는 입력된 데이터 포매트에서 동기 패턴에 의해 헤더부분을 추출하는헤더 추출부(41)와 입력된 데이터 포매트에서 동기 패턴에 의해 유져 데이터 부분을 추출해 내는 유져 데이터 추출부(42)및 추출한 헤더와 유져 데이터를 각각의 버퍼에 저장할 수 있도록 제어를 하는 시퀀스 컨트롤부(43)로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디지털 비데오 디스크용 데이터 디코더 장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, CRC 체크부(50)는 시퀀스 제어부(40)로부터 패러럴하게 입력되는 헤더와 유져 데이터를시리얼하게 바꾸어 주는 패러럴/시리얼 컨버터(51)와, CRC 체크를 하기 위한 다항식을 만드는 CRC 다항식(52)과 CRC 다항식을 가지고 데이터의 에러 유무를 확인하는 CRC 체크 장치(53)로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디지털 비데오 디스크용 데이터 디코더 장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 데이터 메모리 억세스부(60)는 데이터 메모리 억세스 및 버퍼를 카운터하는 데이터 메모리 억세스 및 버퍼 카운터(62)와 메모리 및 입/출력의 어드레스를 만들어주는 메모리 및 입/출력 어드레스 발생 장치(63)와 처리된 데이터를 CPU를 통하지 않고 바로 외부의 시스템과 연결시키는 것을 제어하는 데이터 메모리 억세스 제어 장치(61)로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디지털 비데오 디스크용 데이터 디코더 장치.
  5. 디지털 비데오 디스크용 데이터 디코딩 방법에 있어서, 입력된 동기 신호를 검출하는 단계(S41)와, 입력된 동기 신호를 검출하여 CRC 체크(S42)와 동시에 헤더 추출(S43)과 유져 데이터 추출을 하고 추출된 헤더와 유져 데이터를 각각의 버퍼에 저장하는 단계(S43)와, CRC처리를 한 결과 에러 유무를 판단하여 에러가 발생하지 않았으면 데이터 메모리 억세스(DMA)로 보내고 에러가 발생하였으면 처음 단계(S41)로 돌아가 동기 신호를 다시 검출하는단계(S43)와, 데이터를 각각의 버퍼 및 시스템 인터페이스로 보내는 것을 제어하는 데이터 메모리 억세스 컨트롤 단계(S46)와, 데이터를 저장하는 버퍼와 외부의 시스템과 인터페이스 시키는 역할을 하는 단계(S47)로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
