Abstract

방열기에 저장되어 있는 냉각수가 물펌프의 펌핑에 의하여 실린더 블럭과 실린더 헤드의 물재킷으로 공급되고, 이 때 가열된 냉각수가 방열기로 귀환되는 냉각순환 경로를 갖는 냉각장치에 있어서; 기관의 출력성능을 향상시키면서 연비를 향상시킬 수 있도록 하기 위하여; 수온조절기의 작동에 따라 물재킷을 순환한 냉각수를 물펌프로 펌핑하여 실린더 블럭과 실린더 헤드의 물재킷에 독립적으로 공급할 수 있도록 하는 냉각수 공급수단과; 상기 실린더 블럭과 실린더 헤드에서 가열된 냉각수를 그의 온도에 따라 수온조절기 또는 방열기로 유입될 수 있도록 하는 냉각수 유출수단으로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 수냉기관의 냉각장치.

제1도는 본 발명에 따른 수냉기관의 냉각장치의 계통도, 제2도는 본 발명의 온도조절장치의 종단면도, 제3도는 종래 기술에 따른 수냉기관의 냉각장치의 계통도이다.

Claims (4)

  1. 방열기에 저장되어 있는 냉각수가 물펌프의 펌핑에 의하여 실린더 블럭과 실린더 헤드의 물재킷으로 공급되고, 이 때 가열된 냉각수가 방열기로 귀환되는 냉각순환 경로를 갖는 냉각장치에 있어서; 수온조절기의 작동에 따라 물재킷을 순환한 냉각수를 물펌프로 펌핑하여 실린더 블럭과 실린더 헤드의 물재킷에 독립적으로 공급할 수 있도록 하는 냉각수 공급수단과 ; 상기 실린더 블럭과 실린더 헤드에서 가열된 냉각수를 그의 온도에 따라 수온조절기 또는 방열기로 유입될 수 있도록 하는 냉각수 유출수단으로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 수냉기관의 냉각장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 냉각수 공급수단은 저온의 냉각수를 유입하는 제1유입라인과, 고온의 냉각수를 재 유입하는 제1유출라인과, 이들을 선택적으로 제1,2공급라인과 연통시키는 수온조절기를 포함하여 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 수냉기관의 냉각장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 냉각수 유출수단은 실린더 블럭과 실린더 헤드를 냉각시키는 냉각수를 수온조절기로 귀환시키는 제1유출라인과, 방열기로 유출하는 제2유출라인을 포함하여 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 수냉기관의 냉각장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 수온조절기는 저온의 냉각수를 유입하는 제1유입라인과, 실린더 블럭과 실린더 헤드에서 귀환하는 제1유출라인을 물펌프로 공급하는 제2유입라인에 선택적으로 연통시킬 수 있도록 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 수냉기관의 냉각장치.
