Abstract

본 발명은 자동차의 사이드 실 결합구조에 관한 것으로 사이드 실 내부에 외측 보강부재와 내측 보강부재를 구비하여 양사이에 보강빔을 구비하고, 각각 전방 보강부재와 사이드 실 인너 패널에 볼트로 체결하여 충분한 충격흡수가 가능하며차체의 강성을 유지하도록 한 자동차의 사이드 실 결합구조에 관한 것이다.

제1도는 자동차의 차체골조를 나타낸 사시도, 제2도는 종래 사이드 실의 결합상태 단면도, 제3도는 본 발명에 따른 사이드 결합상태 단면도, 제4도는 본 발명에 따른 사이드 실의 분해사시도.

Claims (1)

  1. 자동차 사이드 실(21) 구조를 형성함에 있어서, 외측 보강부재(14)는 연장 절곡되어 사이드 실 아웃 패널(11)과 사이드 실 인너 패널(12)에 융착고정된 전방 보강부재(13)의 굴곡부(13a)와 일치하게 굴곡부(14a)를 형성하여, 상기 굴곡부(14a)의 안쪽면에 융착고정된 너트(17)에 전방 보강부재(13)와 외측 보강부재의 구멍(13a, 14a)을 관통한 볼트(18)에 의하여 전방 보강부재(13)에 체결되고, 내측 보강부재(15)는 사이드 실 인너 패널(12)에 형성한 굴곡부(12a)와 일치하게 굴곡부(15a)를 형성하여 상기 굴곡부(15a)의 안쪽면에 융악고정된 너트(17)에 사이드 실 인너 패널(12)과 내측 보강부재(15)의 구멍(12a, 15a)을 관통한 볼트(18)에 의하여 사이드 실 인너 패널(12)에 체결되며, 상기 외측 보강부재(14)와 내측 보강부재(15) 사이에 양단이 각각 융착고정된 다수의 보강법(16)이 구비되어 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 사이드 실 결합구조.
