Abstract
본 발명은 전진 6단 후진 2단용 트랜스미션에 관한 것으로서, 엔진의 동력을 바퀴에 전달하기 위하여 입력축에 자동차의 주행속도를 변속시키는 1단, 후진, 2단, 3단기어로 구성된 스피드기어가 장착되고, 상기 스피드기어 중에서 선택된 스피드기어 맞물려 회전되도록 입력축 하방에 평행하게 설치된 출력축에 제1싱크로메시 기구 및 기어비가 상이한 제 1, 2파이널 기어가 고정되며, 상기 제 1, 2파이널 기어 중에서 제1싱크로메시 기구가 이동된 파이널기어에 제1, 2드라이브기어를 맞춤림시킴으로써, 자동차를 보다 넓은 영역의 기어비를 사용하여 주행시킬 수 있고, 트랜스미션의 부피, 중량 및 전장이 줄어 경량화가 가능함은 물론 이에 따른 연비가 절감되고, 동력 성능을 최적의 상태로 향상시킬 수 있다.The present invention relates to a six-speed forward two-speed rear transmission, wherein a speed gear composed of one-stage, reverse, two-stage, and three-stage gears for shifting the driving speed of an automobile to an input shaft in order to transmit engine power to a wheel is mounted. The first and second final gears having different first and second gear ratios are fixed to an output shaft installed in parallel with the input shaft to rotate in engagement with a selected speed gear among the speed gears, and among the first and second final gears, a first synchro mesh mechanism. By adjusting the first and second drive gears to the moved final gear, the car can be driven using a wider gear ratio, and the weight, weight, and length of the transmission can be reduced, resulting in lighter fuel economy. It is possible to reduce power consumption and improve power performance to an optimum state.
