Abstract

필름 또는 시이트 형태의 투명한 기재, 당해 기재의 하나 이상의 표면 위에 존재하며 무기 화합물을 함유하는 반사 방지 피막 및 당해 반사 방지 피막 위에 존재하며 평균분자량이 5×102내지 1×105인 특정 실란 화합물을 함유하는 얼룩 방지층을 포함하는 반사 방지 필터에 관한 것이다.

Claims (12)

  1. 필름 또는 시이트 형태의 투명한 기재, 당해 기재의 하나 이상의 표면 위에 존재하며 무기 화합물을 포함하는 반사 방지 피막 및 당해 반사 방지 피막 위에 존재하며 수평균 분자량이 5×102내지 1×105인 일반식(1)의 실란 화합물을 포함하는 얼룩 방지층을 포함하는 반사 방지 필터.
    상기시에서, Rf는 탄소수 1 내지 16의 직쇄 또는 측쇄 퍼플루오로알킬 그룹이고, X는 요오드 원자 또는 수소원자이며, Y는 수소원자 또는 저급 알킬 그룹이고, Z는 불소원자 또는 트리플루오로메틸 그룹이며, R1는 가수분해 가능한 그룹이고, R2는 수소원자 또는 불활성 1가 유기 그룹이며, a,b,c및 d는 동일하거나 상이하며, 각각 0 내지 200의 정수이고, e는 0또는 1이며, m및 n은 동일하거나 상이하며, 각각 0.1 또는 2이고, p는 1 내지 10의 정수이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 일반식(1)에서 Rf가-C3F7이고 a가 1내지 50의 정수이며, b,c 및 d가 0이고 e가 1이며 Z가 불소원자이고 n이 0인 반사 방지 필터.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 일반식(1)에서의 p가 1인 반사 방지 필터.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 기재와 반사 방지 피막 사이에 경질 피목층이 추가로 포함되는 반사 방지 필터.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 기재의 두께가 0.01 내지 10mm인 반사 방지 필터.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 반사 방지 피막이 둘 이상의 층을 포함하고, 기재로부터 가장 멀리 위치하는 당해 피막의 층이 이산화규소 및 금속 산화물로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는 물질을 포함하는 반사 방지 필터.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 얼룩 방지층의 두께가 0.001 내지 0.03㎛인 반사 방지 필터.
  8. 일반식(1)의 실란 화합물의 층을 반사 방지 피막 위에 도포함을 포함하여, 필름 또는 시이트 형태의 투명한 기재와, 당해 기재의 하나 이상의 표면 위에 존재하며 무기 화합물을 포함하는 반사 방지 피막을 포함하는 반사 방지 필터의 얼룩을 방지하느 방법.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 실란 화합물 층의 두께가 0.001 내지 0.03㎛인 방법.
  10. 제8항에 있어서, 실란 화합물이, 농도가 0.05 내지 0.5중량%인 용액의 형태로 도포되는 방법.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 용액이 과불화탄화수소 중의 하나인 방법.
  12. 제8항에 있어서, 반사 방지 피막이 둘 이상의 층을 포함하고, 기재로부터 가장 멀리 위치하는 당해 피막의 층이 이산화규소 및 금속 산화물로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는 물질을 포함하는 방법.
