Abstract

본 발명은 폴리우레탄 필름을 이용하여 쏠을 제조하는 방법에 관한 발명으로서 더욱 상세하게는 쏠(sole)제조용 하부금형의 상단에 폴리우레탄 필름을 공지의 고정수단으로 고정한 후 그 위에 쏠제조원료를 주입하고 그 상부금형을 형합한 후 발포시킴으로써 폴리우레탄 필름이 쏠에 자동적으로 코팅됨을 특징으로 하는 쏠의 제조방법에 관한 발명인 바, 쏠을 성형한 후 별도로 코팅 및 복잡한 후가공 공정을 행하는 종래의 쏠의 제조방법과는 달리 폴리우레탄 습식필름이 쏠에 자동적으로 코팅됨으로써 쏠의 제조공정의 단순화, 다양한 색, 디자인, 촉감 등을 가진 필름을 이용한 쏠의 외관의 다양화 및 유해물질의 미사용으로 인한 환경친화성을 꾀할 수 있으며, 하나의 금형을 가지고도 다양한 종류의 필름을 이용하여 다양한 응용제품을 제조할 수 있는 효과가 있다.

Claims (6)

  1. 쏠(sole)제조용 하부금형의 상단에 폴리우레탄 필름을 공지의 고정수단으로 고정한 후 그 위에 쏠제조원료를 주입하고 상부금형과 형합한 후 발포시킴으로써 폴리우레탄 필름이 쏠에 자동적으로 코팅됨을 특징으로 하는 쏠의 제조방법.
  2. 상기 제1항에 있어서 쏠제조원료는 30~50중량%의 폴리에스터 폴리올 (polyester polyol), 69.5~49.5중량%의 디이소시아네이트(dilsocianate) 및 0.5중량%이하의 실리콘 정포제를 포함하는 것임을 특징으로 하는 쏠의 제조방법.
  3. 상기 제1항에 있어서 발포공정은 30~50℃의 쏠제조원료를 35~65℃로 유지된 금형상단의 폴리우레탄 필름상에 주입한 후 금형을 가열하여 30초~2분의 시간이 경과하여 금형의 온도가 110~160℃까지 오르면 35~65℃에서 2~15분간 숙성하는 공정임을 특징으로 하는 쏠의 제조방법.
  4. 상기 제1항에 있어서 폴리우레탄 필름은 기재를 전처리하여 10g/㎠~300g/㎠의 박리강도를 갖게 하고 그 위에 통상의 방법으로 습식은층을 형성한 후 상기 기재를 박리하여 얻은 것으로서 신율이 400~800%, 필름자체의 접착강도가 2.5kg/㎠이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리우레탄 필름.
  5. 상기 제1항에 있어서 폴리우레탄 필름은 신율이 400%이상인 열가소성 폴리우레탄 필름임을 특징으로 하는 폴리우레탄 필름.
  6. 쏠(sole)제조용 하부금형의 상단에 폴리우레탄 필름을 공지의 고정수단으로 고정한 후 그 위에 쏠제조원료를 주입하고 상부금형과 형합한 후 발포시킴으로써 폴리우레탄 필름이 쏠에 자동적으로 코팅되는 공정에 의해 만들어진 쏠제품.
