Abstract

Claims (10)

  1. 5점식 구속시스템에 있어서, 승객을 승객좌석에 고정하는 벨트수단으로서; 각각이 제1및 제2끝을 포함하고 있는 제1 및 제2벨트르 미끄럼가능하게 수용하는 차폐 플레이트, 승객에 대하여 고정되는 벨트들의 각각의 제1끝, 제1 및 제2벨트, 각각의 제1 및 제2벨트가 통과하게 되는 제1 및 제2개구를 포함하고 있는 차폐 플레이트, 좌석상에 위치된 제2잠금수단과 잠금식으로 맞물림하는 제1잠금수단을 포함하고 있는 차폐 플레이트, 동시적으로 승객의 머리와 어깨부를 신장가능하게 넘어서 벨트가 승객의 어깨부와 결합하게 되는 차폐 플레이트와 벨트로 구성된는 벨트수단, 벨트의 제2끝에 조작식으로 연결된 벨트조임수단으로서, 각각의 벨트의 신축을 허용하며, 여기에서 제1잠금수단이 제2잠금수단에 결합되면 5점식구조시스템은 승객의 하몸통이 차폐 플레이트 사이에 뻗어있고, 승객의 다리 사이의 차례 플레이트와 벨트가 승객의 어깨부를 고정하고 있는 벨트조임수단으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 5점식 구속시스템.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 벨트조임수단은 벨트를 신축시키는 리트렉터 수단으로서, 래칫 또는 톱니휠과, 그리고 래칫휠이 벨트를 수축시키도록 회전하는 동안 벨트가 신장되는 것을 방지하는 래칫휠에 대한 결합위치와 그리고 리트렉터가 벨트를 신축시키도록 자유롭게 움직이는 결합해제위치 사이에서 이동가능한 잠금수단을 포함하고 있는 상기 리트렉터 수단을 가지고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 5점식 구속시스템.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 제1잠금수단은 차폐 플레이트의 하부에서 걸음 버클을 포함하고, 제2잠금수단은 좌석내에 배치되어 좌석에 대하여 바깥방향으로 뻗어 있는 텅을 포함하고 있으며, 이 텅은 버클이 삽입되면 텅이 좌석에 대하여 정방으로 미끄럼하도록하는 지지수단고 그리고 텅의 운동이 결합위치로의 잠금수단의 운동을 야기하도록 텅을 후방으로 가압하는 제1수단을 갖고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 5점식 구속시스템.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 리트렉터수단과 텅은 확장적으로 위치되고 잠금수단은 적어도 하나의 케이블에 의해 텅에 조작적으로 이음되는 것을 특징으로 하는 5점식 구속시스템.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 제1착석면과 제1등받이 면의 연결부에 근접하여 정착되어 제1및 제2링크 끝을 포함하고 있는 회전가능한 링크와 링크의 제1링크 끝에 텅을 상호연결하는 것으로서 제1착석면 밑에 위치된 제1케이블과 제2링크 끝을 리트렉터 수단의 잠금수단에 상호연결하는 제2케이블을 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 5점 식 구속시스템.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 승객좌석은 제2등받이면과 제2착석면을 가진 표준자동차 좌석과 일체가 되고, 여기에서 승객좌석 등받이 면은 제2좌석 등받이의 일부에 형성되고 힌지를 포함하고 있으며, 그리고 제1착석면은 힌지에 대하여 자동차 좌석에 힌지식으로 연결되고 자동차 좌석의 오목부내의 저장위치와 제2착석면상에 놓이는 작용 위치 사이에서 이동가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 5점식 구속시스템.
  7. 제3항에 있어서, 각각의 벨트의 제1끝은 고정지점에 고정적으로 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 5점식 구속시스템.
  8. 제1에 있어서, 리트렉터수단은 각각이 벨트들의 각각의 제2끝을 수용하는 제1 및 제2스풀을 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 5점식 구속시스템.
  9. 제8에 있어서, 각각의 리트렉터는 래칫휠과 그리고 이 래칫휠을 잠금하는 잠금수단을 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 5점식 구속시스템.
  10. 2개의 벨트수용 구멍을 가진 등받이면과 좌석 착석면을 가진 좌석에 승객을 고정하는 5점식 구속시스템에 있어서, 일부분이 유아의 어깨부를 넘어서 고정될 수 있고, 좌석에 고정되도록 적합하게 된 제1끝과 등받이면에 있는 벨트수용 구멍을 관통하는 제2끝을 각각 가지고 있고, 5개의 구속지점들 중 4개를 제공하는 제1 및 제2안전벨트; 각각의 안전벨트의 신축을 허용하도록 벨트의 제2끝을 수용하는 리트렉터수단으로서, 안전벨트가 신장되는 것이 방지되는 결합위치와 안전벨트가 신축되는 것이 가능하게 되는 결합해제위치 사이에서 이동가능한 잠금수단을 포함하고 있는 리트렉터수단; 승객의 머리를 넘어 걸림위치로 이동가능하여 벨트가 이를 통하여 이동가능하게 되는 차폐 플레이트로서, 좌석내에 위치되고 일부분이 걸림개구를 통하여 위로 뻗게되는 미끌머 텅과 하부분에서 결합가능한 걸음 버클을 포함하여 제5구속지점을 제공하고, 제1 및 제2안전벨트를 미끄럼가능하게 수용하는 제1 및 제2구멍을 더 포함하고 있어 승객머리의 앞에 위치될때에 이 구멍을 통하여 벨트가 미끄럼하게 되는 상기 차폐 플레이트; 버클에 걸림되면 착석면에 대하여 전방으로 미끄럼하도록 배열된텅; 텅을 후방으로 가압하는 스프링; 착석면과 등받이면의 연결부에 근접하여 장착되어 제1 및 제2링크 끝을 포함하는 이동 가능한 링크; 텅을 제1링크 끝에 상호 연결시키는 제1케이블으로서, 착석면 및에 위치된 제1케이블과, 그리고 텅이 전방으로 이동될 때 케이블과 링크가 또한 이동되어 이에 의해 잠금 수단을 결합위치로 이동시키도록 제2링크 끝을 리트렉터의 잠금수단에 상호연결시키는 제2케이블로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 5점식 구속시스템.
