Abstract

경질재료의 환형형상부의 평활연마용 탄성제 연삭휠은 중심이 잡힌 위치에서 평분평면을 따라 2개의 부분(1A,1B)으로 나누어지고 모터샤프트와 커플링되어 작동적으로 결합하기에 적합한 내부형상부(2,3)와 그리고 평활 및/또는 연마가공될 재료의 형상부의 외부형상과 일치하는 외부(4)형상부를 가지고 있는 강성재질의 지지체로 구성된다.
지지체(1)의 하나 및/또는 다른 하나의 끝부에서 적어도 하나의 날개부(5,6)는 현장에서 사출 또는 가황처리된 탄성중합체 재료의 코팅부(12)를 수용유지하기 위해 배열되어 있다. 공작물쪽을 향한 탄성중합체 재료의 사출된 코팅부(12)의 부분(13)은 비교적으로 가요성인 연마재료의 요소(14)로 코팅되어 평활 및/또는 연마가공후 공작물이 가져야만 하는 최종형상에 전체의 형상부가 상응하도록 한다.

Claims (18)

  1. 경질재료의 환형형상부의 평활연마용 탄성제 연삭휠에 있어서, 모터샤프트가 커플링되어 작동적으로 맞물리기에 적합하고 평활 및/또는 연마될 재료의 재료의 형상부의 외부형상과 일치하는 외부(4)형상을 갖기에 적합한 내부형상부(2,3)를 가진 강성 재질의 지지체(1), 지지체(1)의 하나의 끝부 및/또는 다른 하나의 끝부에서 현장에서 사출 또는 가황처리된 탄성중합체의 코팅부(12)를 수용유지하기 위해 배열된 적어도 하나의 날개부(5,6)로 구성되고, 공작물쪽을 향한 사출된 탄성중합체 코팅부(12)의 부분(13)은 비교적으로 가요성인 연마재료의 요소(14)로 코팅되어 평활 및/또는 연마후 공작물이 가져야만 하는 최종형상에 전체 형상부가 상응하도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연삭휠.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 날개부(5,6)가 원주상채널(7,8)과 그리고 사익 원주상채널(7,8)을 따라 분배된 복수의 구멍(9,10)으로 구비되고, 이 구멍은 탄성 중합체 재료의 코팅부(12)를 수용하기 위해 지지체(1)의 외부부분에 배열된 홈(11)에 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연삭휠.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 원주상채널(7,8), 구멍(9,10) 및 홈(11)은 지지체의 탄성중합체 재료의 코팅부(12)를 안전하게 고착하기 위해 그리고 연삭휠의 사용시 원심력과 작동부하에 의해 야기되는 탄성변형을 제한하기 위해 함께 결합되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 연삭휠.
  4. 이전 항들중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 공작물쪽을 향한 탄성중합체 재료의 코팅부(12)의 외부부분(13)이 평활 및/또는 연마가공용 연마재료의 요소(14)로 코팅되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연삭휠.
  5. 이전 항들중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 지지체(1)는 날개부(5,6)사이에 중심이 잡힌 위치에서 평분평면을 따라 나누어지고 이 분할부는 2개의 몸체부(1A,1B)가 언더컷을 갖지 않도록 배열되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 연삭휠.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 지지체(1)로 구성된 부분은 경금속 다이캐스팅에 의해 얻어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 연삭휠.
  7. 제5항에 있어서, 지지체(1)로 구성된 부분은 사출성형 열가소성 수지로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 연삭휠.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 열가소성 수지는 니일론인 것을 특징으로 하는 연삭휠.
  9. 제5항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 지지체의 평분평면상에 있는 분할부에 따라 하나 또는 그 이상의 공간요소(20,21)가 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 연삭휠.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 평분평면에 있는 상기 하나 또는 그 이상의 공간요소(20,21)는 가공될 재료의 형상부와 일치하는 연삭휠의 외부형상부를 이루도록 탄성중합체 재료의 코팅부를 위한 적응베이스를 구성하여 형상화되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 연삭휠.
  11. 이전 항들중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 공작물쪽을 향한 탄성중합체 재료의 코팅부(12)의 외부부분(13)이 평활 및/또는 연마가공용 연마재료의 요소(14)로 코팅되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연삭휠.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 연마재료를 갖춘 코팅부는 외부에 연마제층으로 구비된 비교적으로 가요성인 스트립요소(14)로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연삭휠.
  13. 제11항에 있어서, 연삭재료는 입자눈으로서 분배되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연삭휠.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 연마재료의 입자눈 사이의 공간과 스트립요소(14)사이의 공간은 접합제의 풀과 분말연마제로 덮혀있는 것을 특징으로 하는 연삭휠.
  15. 이전 항들중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 스트립요소(14)는 화학적 접착에 의해 탄성중합체 재료의 상기 코팅부(12)에 고착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연삭휠.
  16. 제15항에 있어서, 화학적 접착은 사이노아크릴레이트 연마제에 의해 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 연삭휠.
  17. 이전 항들중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 탄성중합체 재료의 코팅부(12)는 65 내지 75의 B형 쇼어경도를 가지고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 연삭휠.
  18. 이전 항들중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 탄성중합체 재료의 코팅부(12)는 FRAMPLAST S.p.A에 의해 만들어진 Kemiton제품 또는 MONSANTO S.p.A에 의해 만들어진 Franprene, Neoprene 또는 Santoprene 제품으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연삭휠.
