Abstract

Claims (43)

  31. 제30항에 있어서, 상기 단부판 부분은 상기 중심튜브의 외부에 배치되고 일반적으로 상기 중심튜브와 동심원인 통합 고리형 벽을 한정하는 수단을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체를 필터링하는 필터 어셈블리.
  32. 제31항에 있어서, 상기 단부판 부분은 다수의 시일흐름 홀을 한정하는 수단을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체를 필터링하는 필터 어셈블리.
  33. 제32항에 있어서, 단부판 부분, 상기 중심튜브 및 상기 단부판 부분의 통합 고리형 벽이 통합결합은 고리형링 트로우를 한정하며, 상기 필터부재는 상기 고리형링 트로우에 의해 수용되어 경화포팅 화합물에 의해 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체를 필터링하는 필터 어셈블리.
  34. 제33항에 있어서, 상기 경화포팅 화합물은 상기 시일흐름 홀을 통해 뻗으며 상기 중심튜브 둘레에 배치된 고리형 배출흐름 시일을 제공하기 위해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체를 필터링하는 필터 어셈블리.
  35. 유체를 필터링하는 필터 어셈블리에 있어서, 개방단부 및 공동내부 수단을 가지고, 개방단부에 대향하는 폐쇄 베이스와, 상기 베이스와 통합되는 고리형벽 및 상기 개방단부쪽에서 상기 베이스로부터 뻗는 고리형벽 등을 포함하는 유체를 필터링하는 필터 어셈블리와; 공동 중심부를 한정하여 상기 외부셀의 공동내부내에 배치된 수단을 가지는 필터링 부재와; 상기 필터링 부재의 제1단부상에 배치된 시일링 층과; 단부판 부분 및 중심튜브를 가지고, 상기 외부셀의 고리형벽에 어셈블리되는 스냅-공동 인터페이스 통합 단부판 및 중심부재를 포함하는데, 상기 고리형 벽은 인접 표면을 제공하고 상기 중심튜브의 자유단은 제2인접 표면을 제공하며, 상기 내부를 뻗는 방사립을 상기 두 개의 입접 표면 사이에 배치되며, 상기 중심 튜브를 상기 필터링 부재의 공동중심부를 통해 뻗는 것을 특징으로 하는 위치를 필터링하는 필터 어셈블리.
  36. 외부셀로 및 외부셀로부터 흐르는 유체를 필터링하고 재사용 가능한 외부셀이 사용되는 재위치 가능한 필터 카트리지에 있어서, 공동 실린더형 중심튜브와 일반적으로 중심튜브에 집중되고 거기에 결합된 원형 단부판을 포함하는 통합 단부판/중심튜브 유니트와; 공동 내부를 가지고 제1 및 제2단부에 대향하여 배치된 필터링 미디어의 실린더형 구조에 의해 한정된 필터링 부재와; 상기 필털 부재의 제1단부상에 배치된 시일링 층과; 상기 필터링 부재의 제2단부상에 배치고, 제2단부 및 상기 단부판 사이에 위치하며 필터링 부재를 단부판에 부착하는 포팅 화합물의 결합층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 재사용 가능한 필터 카트리지.
  37. 제36항에 있어서, 상기 시일링 층은 상기 필터 카트리지가 상기 재사용 가능한 외부셀로 로드될 때 제2인터페이스를 수집하기 위한 상기 중심 튜브의 자유단 전반에 시일링 가스켓을 제공하는 내부로 유도된 방사립을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 재사용 가능한 필터 카트리지.
  38. 제36항에 있어서, 주형 배출장치는 상기 단부판으로부터 포팅 화합물을 제거하는 단부판에 공급되는 것을 특징으로 하는 재사용 가능한 필터 카트리지.

  40. 유체를 필터링하는 스냅-공동 필터 어셈블리에 있어서, 개방단부와 공동내부를 한정하는 수단을 가지고, 상기 개방단부에 대향하는 폐쇄 베이스를 포함하며, 상기 외부셀과 통합되고 상부 및 하부 챔버로 상기 외부셀을 부분적으로 구분하는 내부로 유도된 고리형 리브와 함께 배열되는 사출성형 플라스틱 필터 어셈블리와; 공동 중심부를 한정하고, 상기 외부셀의 공동내부에 배치된 필터링 부재와; 내부 공급을 가지고 상기 필터링 부재의 공통중심부에 배치된 할로겐 실린더형 내부벽와 실린더형 외부벽중 한단부에 의해 제공된 스냅-공동 인터페이스 및 상기 개방단부에 인접한 산기 외부셀의 내부부분을 가진 상기 외부셀에 어셈블리된 주변 실리더형 외부벽을 가진 통합 중심튜브 부재를 포함하는데, 상기 중심튜브 부재의 상기 실린더형 외부벽은 O-링 채널을 한정하는 수단을 가지고, 상기 O-링 채널은 상기 내부링으로 유도된 고리형 리브에 인접하여 배치되며, 상기 O-링 채널에 배치되고 상기 외부셀의 상기 하부 챔버로부터 상기 상부 부분을 시일링하기 위해 상기 내부로 유도된 고리형 리브에 대향하여 시일링 접속부에 위치한 O-링을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체를 필터링하는 스냅-공동 필터 어셈블리.
  41. 제40항에 있어서, 상기 통합 중심튜브 부재의 실린더형 내부벽의 내부는 보충 냉각제의 제1용적을 포함하며, 상기 통합 중심튜브 부재는 상기 실린더형 내부벽의 내부 공극으로 상기 하부 챔버내에서 보충 냉각제의 확산을 허용하기 위해 보충 냉각제의 제1 및 제2용적으로 분리하는 작은 구멍을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체를 필터링하는 스냅-공동 필터 어셈블리.
  42. 액체를 필터링하는 스냅-공동 필터 어셈블리에 있어서, 중공 내부를 한정하는 수단 및 개방 단부를 가지고 상기 개방단부에 대향된 폐쇄 베이스를 가지는 사출성형 플라스틱 외부셀과, 상기 폐쇄 베이스로부터 상기 개방 단부방향으로 중공내부안으로 연장되는 통합 고리형 벽과; 상기 외부셀의 중공 내부안에 배치되고 중공 중심부를 한정하는 수단을 가지는 필터링 소자 및; 상기 중심튜브와 상기 통합 고리형 벽 사이의 스냅-공동 인터페이스와 함께 상기 외부셀이 조립되고 중심튜브 및 단부판을 가지는 중심튜브 부재 및 통합 단부판을 포함하는데, 상기 중심튜브는 상기 필터링 소자의 중공 중심부를 통하여 연장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체를 필터링하는 스냅-공동 필터 어셈블리.
  43. 유체를 필터링하는 필터 어셈블리에 있어서, 중공 내부를 한정하는 수단과 개방 단부 및 상기 개방 단부에 대향되어 폐쇄된 베이스를 포함하는 사출 성형된 플라스틱 외부셀 및 상기 폐쇄 베이스로부터 상기 개방 단부방향으로 중공내부안으로 연장되는 일반 통합 실린더형 벽; 상기 외부셀의 중공 내부에 배치되고 중공 중심부를 한정하는 수단을 가지는 필터링 소자 및; 중심튜브와 단부판 부분을 가지고 상기 외부셀내에 배치된 중심튜브 부재 및 통합 단부판을 포함하는데, 상기 중심튜브는 상기 필터링 소자의 중공 중심부를 통하여 연장되고, 상기 일반 실린더벽은 접착 부재의 단부에 배치 구성되며 그리고 상기 중심튜브는 상기 외부셀로의 중심튜브 부재와 상기 통합단부판을 조립하는 상기 접촉 부재의 다른 부분에 배치 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체를필터링하는 필터 어셈블리.
