Abstract
본 발명은 일정한 단위분량으로 액체를 공급하는 액량계에 관한 것으로서, 용기(1)와 서로 소통하는 정해진 용량을 제한하도록 용기상에 이동가능하게 설치되어 있는 중공형 누름단추(5), 및 이 누름단추(5)를 용기에 결합시키는 탄성수단을 포함하는 용기(1)안에 수용되어 있는 유체를 일정한 단위로 공급하기 위한 액량계에 있어서, 상기 탄성수단이 신축적으로 변형가능한 원통형 고리(8) 및 용기의 출구를 막을 수 있는 적어도 하나의 밸브(14)를 포함하고 있으며, 상기 밸브(14) 및 상기 고리(8)가 상기 용기(1)에 연결된 원통형 고리와 동축으로 밀폐된 실린더의 둘레로 이치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 액량계에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 액량계는 누름단추(5)를 갖추고 있다.

제1도는 본 발명에 따른 액량계에서 누름단추가 들어올려진 위치로 도시되어 있는 용기의 종단면도이다.
제2도는 제1도의 액량계에서 누름단추가 움푹 들어간 위치로 도시되어 있는 용기의 종단면도이다.
제3도는 본 발명에 따른 액량계의 다른 실시예의 종단면도이다.
제4도는 본 발명에 따른 액량계의 단순화된 또 다른 실시예의 종단면도이다.
Claims (8)
- 용기(1)상에 이동가능하게 설치되어 용기와 서로 통하는 정해진 용량을 제한하는 중공형 누름단추(5) 및 상기 누름단추를 상기 용기에 결합시키는 탄성수단을 포함하고 있는 용기(1)안에 수용되어 있는 유체를 일정한 단위로 공급하기 위한 액량계에 있어서, 상기 탄성수단이 신축적으로 변형가능한 원통형 고리(8) 및 용기의 출구를 막을 수 있는 적어도 하나의 밸브(14)를 포함하고 있으며, 상기 고리(8) 및 상기 밸브(14)가 상기 용기(1)와 서로 연결된 원통형 고리의 동축으로 밀폐된 실린더 주위에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액량계.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 누름단추(5)가 상기 용기(1)와 서로 연결된 원통형 목부분(2)위에서 작동할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 액량계.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 누름단추(5)의 몸체에 형성된 내부의 이중벽의 사이에서 작동할 수 있는 원통형 목부분(2)을 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 액량계.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 원통형 고리(8)의 외경이 상기 실린더(6)의 직경의 약 2배인 것을 특징으로 하는 액량계.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 원통형 고리(8)의 두께가 상기 누름단추(5)의 내벽으로부터 상기 실린더가 분리되어 있는 간격의 적어도 75%인 것을 특징으로 하는 액량계.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 누름단추(5)의 내벽과 상기 원형 고리(8)에 의해서 한정되는 용적이 밸브(17)에 의해 채워질 수 있는 출구(16)를 통해 외부와 연결될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 액량계.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 원통형 고리(8)위에 장착된 밸브가 상기 고리(8)와서로 연결된 유연한 날(14)로 구성되어 있으며, 상기 유연한 날(14)이 상기 용기(1)와 서로 연결된 상기 실린더(6)에 부착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 액량계.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 용기(1)와 서로 연결된 상기 실린더(6)가 상기 유연한 날(14)의 끝과 협동하는 가느다란 홈(15)을 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 액량계.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
