Abstract

본 발명에 따라, 탄성중합체성 중합체와 이소모노올레핀 및 알킬스티렌의 산-그라프트 중합체의 혼합물을 포함하는 상용화된 중합체 블렌드 조성물, 예를 들면 EPDM과 이소부틸렌 및 p-메틸스티렌의 말레산 무수물-그라프트 공중합체의 블렌드가 제공된다.

Claims (10)

  1. (i) C7-C7이소모노올레핀, p-알킬스티렌, 및 불포화 카복실산, 불포화 카복실산 유도체 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군중에서 선택된 불포화 유기 화합물과 유리 라디칼 그라프트된 임의로 할로겐화된 p-알킬스티렌을 포함하는 탄성중합체성 공중합체, 및 (ii) 천연 고무, 폴리이소프렌, 폴리부타디엔, 부타디엔과 스티렌의공중합체, 부타디엔과 아크릴로니트릴의 공중합체, 부틸고무, 폴리클로로프렌, 에티렌/프로필렌 고무, 및 에틸렌, 프로필렌 및 비공액 디엔의 탄성중합체성 공중합체로 이루어진 군중에서 선택된 한가지 이상의 상이한 탄성중합체를 포함하는 탄성중합체 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 중합체 블렌드를 기준으로, 상기 상이한 탄성중합체성 중합체가 5 내지 95중량% 범위의 양으로 존재하고, 상기 그라프트 공중합체가 95 내지 5중량% 범위의 양으로 조재하는 조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, C4-C7이소모노올레핀, 알킬스티렌 및 임의로 할로겐화된 p-알킬스티렌을 포함하는 35중량% 이하의 그라프트되지 않은 공중합체를 더 포함하는 조성물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 그라프트 공중합체가 이소부틸렌 및 p-메틸스티렌의 공중합체, 이소부틸렌과 p-메틸스티렌의 할로겐화 공중합체 또는 이들의 혼합물을 포함하는 조성물.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 불포화 유기 화합물이 그라프트 공중합체 g당 0.5 내지 0.001 밀리몰의 양으로 상기 그라프트 공중합체내에 존재하고, 상기 불포화 유기 화합물이 C3-C12모노카복실산, C3-C12폴리카복실산, 사이크릭 산 무수물, 아미드, 이미드, 에스테르 또는 이들의 혼합물인 조성물.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 그라프트 공중합체가 말레산 무수물과 그라프트된, 이소부티렌과 p-메틸스티렌의 공중합체인 조성물.
  7. (a) 불포화 카복실산 또는 그의 유도체와 그라프트된, C4-C7이소올레핀, p-알킬스티랜 및 임의로 할로겐화된 p-알킬스티렌의 공중합체를, (b) 천연고무, 폴리이소프렌, 폴리부타디엔, 부타디엔과 스티렌의 공중합체, 부타디엔과 아크릴로니트릴의 공중합체, 부틸 고무, 폴리클로로프렌 에틸렌/프로필렌 고무, 및 에틸렌, 프로필렌 및 비공액 디엔의 탄성중합체성 공중합체로 이루어진 군중에서 선택된 상이한 탄성중합체와 배합함을 포함하는, 탄성중합체 조성물의 제조방법.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 불포화 카복실산 유도체가 에스테르, 이미드, 아미드, 무수물, 사이클릭 산 무수물 또는 이들의 혼합물인 방법.
  9. 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 조성물 또는 제7항 또는 제8항의 방법에 따라 제조된 조성물을 포함하는 제품.
  10. 제1항의 조성물을 포함하는 벨트, 호스, 필름 또는 성형품.
