Abstract

본 캐리어는 캐리어의 형성시 제위치로 스냅식으로 잠금되고 그리고 만곡되거나 기울어진 인접하게 포장된 물품의 회형을 따르게 하는 능력을 가지고 있는 끝부 패널 구조를 갖고 있다. 하부 끝패널플랩에 그리고 인접한 하부 접착플랩에 접힘가능하게 연결되는 보강태브는 플랩이 제위치에 스냅식으로 잠금되도록 한다. 하부 접착플랩은 측면패널의 하부부분의 연속부이며 그리고 만곡되어 포장된 인접한 물품들의 외형을 따르게 한다. 하부 접착플랩과 그리고 상단부 패널 사이의 베벨형 패널은 캐리어가 캐리어에 있는 코더 물품들의 테이퍼진 상부부분에 대해 타이트하게 끼워맞춤되게 한다.

Claims (23)

  1. 만곡된 하부부분과 그리고 보다 좁은 상부부분을 가진 복수의 물품을 포장하는 슬리브형 캐리어에 있어서, 슬리브 구조를 형성하도록 접힙선들을 따라 측면패널에 연결된 상단부 패널 및 바닥 패널; 슬리브의 각각의 끝부에 있는 끝부 패널로서 접힘선에 의해 상단부 패널 및 바닥 패널 각각에 연결되고 측면 패널들로부터 횡으로 뻗어 있는 상부 및 하부 집착플랩에 접착되는 상부 및 하부 끝패널플랩으로 구성되는 각각의 끝부 패널; 측면 패널에 접힘가능하게 연결된 상부 접착플랩 및 측면패널의 일체의 연장부인 하부 접착플랩; 제1태브접힘선에 의해 하부 접착플랩에 연결되고 제2태브접힘선에 의해 하부 끝패널플랩에 연결되는 보강태브에 의해 인접한 하부 접착플랩이 어느 한쪽에 연결되어 있는 각각의 하부 끝패널; 그리고 캐리어에 포장된 물품의 만곡된 하부부분의 외형을 따르도록 만곡되어 있는 하부 접착플랩의 부분; 으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬리브형 캐리어.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 각각의 상부 접착플랩과 그리고 이것과 결합된 측면패널 사이에 베벨형 패널을 포함하며, 이 각각의 베벨형 패널이 접힘선에 의해 측면패널에 연결되고 접힘선에 의해 상부 접착플랩에 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬리브형 캐리어.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 베벨형 패널의 접힘선은 캐리어의 상부단부 패널을 향해 각이져 있고, 상기 베벨형 패널이 상단부 패널과 바닥 패널 사이에서 종결되는 비교적 넓은 하부 말단부를 가지고 것을 특징으로 하는 슬리브형 캐리어.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 각각의 측면패널은 결합된 베벨형 패널의 하부 말단부들 사이에 뻗어 있는 새김선을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬리브형 캐리어.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 베벨형 패널의 하부 말단부는 결합된 측면패널로부터 슬릿에 의해 적어도 부분적으로 분리되는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬리브형 캐리어.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 슬릿은 결합된 베벨형 패널을 인접한 상부 접착플랩에 연결하는 접힘선으로 뻗어있는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬리브형 캐리어.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 보강태브는 하부 끝플랩과 그리고 인접한 하부 접착플랩 사이에 위치되며, 이 각각의 태브가 하부 끝패널플랩의 내부면과 면대면 관계에 있도록 보강태브의 제2태브접힘선에 대해 접혀지고, 그리고 결합된 하부 접착플랩의 바깥면과 면대면 관계에 있도록 보강태브의 제1접힘선에 대해 접혀지는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬리브형 캐리어.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 각각의 상부 접착플랩은 인접하여 포장된 물품의 쇼울더의 소정된 위치에 상응하는 위치에 개구를 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬리브형 캐리어.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 개구는 목이 있는 병의 원통형 부분의 상단부의 소정된 위치에 상응하는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬리브형 캐리어.
  10. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 개구로부터 상부 접착플랩의 끝에지를 향해 뻗어 있는 용이하게 접합가능한 적어도 한개의 라인을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬리브형 캐리어.
  11. 제8항에 있어서, 베벨형 패널의 하부 말단부는 결합된 측면패널로부터, 결합된 개구로 뻗어 있는 슬릿에 의해, 적어도 부분적으로 분리되는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬리브형 캐리어.
  12. 제1항에 있어서, 하부 끝패널플랩 접힘선은 바닥패널의 폭보다 더 작은 길이를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬리브형 캐리어.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 상기 캐리어는 형상이 일반적으로 직사각형이며, 바닥패널의 길이와 폭이 상단부 패널의 길이와 폭보다 더 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 슬리브형 캐리어.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 측면패널은 짧게 경사진 부분을 포함하고, 상단부 패널이 짧게 경사진 측면패널 부분에 연결되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬리브형 캐리어.
  15. 제1항에 있어서, 바닥패널은 하부 접착플랩의 만곡된 인접한 부분의 만곡에 상응하는 둥근 코너를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬리브형 캐리어.
  16. 만곡된 하부부분과 그리고 보다 좁은 상부부분을 가지고 있는 복수의 물품을 포장하는데 사용하는 슬리브형 캐리어를 형성하는 블랭크에 있어서, 접힘선에 의해 측면패널 부위에 연결되는 바닥패널부위; 접힘선에 의해 상단부 패널부위에 연결되어 있는 측면패널부위중의 하나의 측면패널부위; 접힘선에 의해 바닥패널부위의 양 끝에 연결되는 하부 끝패널플랩; 측면패널부위의 외향으로 뻗어 있는 상부 및 하부 접착플랩; 제1태브접힘선에 의해 상기 하부 접착플랩에 연결되어 있고 제2태브접힘선에 의해 하부 끝패널플랩에 연결되어 있으며,하부 끝플랩과 그리고 인접한 접착플랩과의 사이의 블랭크로부터 형성된 캐리어에 위치되어 있고, 그리고 하부 끝패널플랩의 내부면과 면대면 관계에 있도록 제2태브접힘선에 대해 접혀져 있고 결합된 접착플랩의 바깥면과 면대면 관계에 있도록 제1접힘선에 대해 접혀져 있는, 보강태브에 의해 각각의 측면에서 인접한 하부 접착플랩이 어느 한쪽에 연결되어 있는 각각의 하부 끝패널플랩, 그리고 캐리어에 포장된 물품들의 만곡된 하부부분의 외형을 따라 블랭크로부터 형성된 캐리어에서 만곡되어 있는 하부 접착플랩의 부분; 으로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 캐리어 블랭크.
  17. 제16항에 있어서, 각각의 상부 접착플랩과 그리고 결합된 측면패널부위와의 사이에서 베벨형 패널을 포함하며 각각의 베벨형 패널이 접힘선에 의해 측면패널에 연결되어 있고 접힘선에 의해 상부 접착플랩에 연결되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 캐리어 블랭크.
  18. 제17항에 있어서, 베벨형 패널의 접힘선은 캐리어의 상단부 패널을 향해 각이져 있으며, 상기 베벨형패널이 상단부 패널부위와 바닥패널부위 사이에서 종결되는 비교적 넓은 하부 말단부를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 캐리어 블랭크.
  19. 제18항에 있어서, 각각의 측면패널부위는 결합된 베벨형 패널의 하부 말단부들 사이에 뻗어 있는 새김선을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 캐리어 블랭크.
  20. 제18항에 있어서, 베벨형 패널의 하부 말단부는 결합된 측면패널부위로부터 슬릿에 의해 적어도 부분적으로 분리되며, 상기 슬릿은 결합된 베벨형 패널을 인접한 상부 접착플랩에 연결하는 접힘선으로 뻗어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 캐리어 블랭크.
  21. 제16항에 있어서, 각각의 상부 접착플랩은 인접하여 포장된 물품의 쇼울더의 소정된 위치에 상응하는 위치에 개구를 포함하며, 상기 접착플랩이 상부 접착플랩의 끝에지를 향해 개구로부터 뻗어 있는 용이하게 접힘가능한 적어도 한개의 라인을 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 캐리어 블랭크.
  22. 제21항에 있어서, 베벨형 패널의 하부 말단부는, 결합된 개구로 뻗는 슬릿에 의해, 결합된 측면패널로부터 부분적으로 분리되는 것을 특징으로 하는 캐리어 블랭크.
  23. 제16항에 있어서, 각각의 하부 접착플랩은 결합된 측면패널부위의 하부부분의 연장부로 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 캐리어 블랭크.
