Abstract
적층 내화 가요성 시트 재료의 개선된 형성방법과 그것의 적층 제품이 개시된다.
본 발명의 방법은 혼합물중의 접착제가 웹과 함께 결합되어 방화 가요성 적층 구조체를 형성하도록 제1웹의 표면이 실질적으로 무용매 접착제와 방화 조성물의 혼합물로 피복된 가요성 재료의 제1웹을 덮도록 가요성 재료의 제2웹을 가하는 것으로 이루어진다.

본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 본 발명에 따른 적층체의 형성을 위한 대표적인 방법 및 관련장치의 개략도이고,
제2도는 서로 박리된 것으로 가정한 여러가지 층을 도시하는, 본 발명에 따른 적층제의 부분 사시도이고,
제3도는 본 발명에 따른 적층체의 한 구체예의 단면도이고,
제4도는 본 발명에 따른 적층체의 제2구체예의 단면도이고,
제5도는 본 발명에 따른 적층체의 제3구체예의 단면도이다.
Claims (16)
- 적층 내화 가요성 시트 재료의 형성방법에 있어서, 실질적으로 무용매 접착제와 방화 조성물의 혼합물을 형성하는 단계; 상기 혼합물로 가요성 재료의 제1웹의 일면을 피복하는 단계; 및 혼합물중의 접착제를 웹과 함께 결합시켜서 방화 가요성 적층 구조체를 형성하도록 제1웹상의 혼합물을 덮는 단계로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 접작제와 방화 조성물의 혼합물을 형성하는 단계는 0.5:1 이상의 방화제; 접착제의 중량비로 방화 조성물을 접착제로 혼합하는 것으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 접착제와 방화 조성물의 혼합물을 형성하는 단계는 폴리에스테르-이소시아네이트 접착제와 할로겐-상승작용 무기 산화물을 혼합하는 것으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 접작제와 할로겐-상승작용 무기 산화물의 혼합단계는 접착제를 산화 데카브로모디페닐 및 삼산화안티몬으로 혼합하는 것으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1웹을 피복하는 단계는 금속 박의 웹을 피복하는 것으로 이루어지며; 가요성 재료의 제2웹을 가하는 단계는 습기 차단재의 웹을 가하는 것으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 가요성 재료의 제1 및 제2웹 사이에 보강재를 통합하는 단계로 더 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1웹의 일면을 도포하는 단계는; 다수의 그러한 롤러를 갖춘 롤러 트레인으로 혼합물을 제1롤러에 도포하는 단계; 롤러 트레인으로 혼합물을 롤러에서 롤러로 가하는 단계; 및 제1롤러 이외의 롤러로부터 제1웹으로 혼합물을 도포하여 그것에 의하여 웹을 혼합물로 균일하계 피복하는 단계로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 혼합물을 도포하는 단계는 약 2 내지 30 파운드/림의 피복중량으로 혼합물을 도포하는 것으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 실질적으로 무용매 접착제는 2부분 폴리에스테르-이소시아네이트 접착제로 이루어지며 방화제는 2성분 접착제 조성물의 각각의 부분에 각기 실질적으로 등비율로 혼합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 빌딩의 습기 차단 열 절연에 특히 적당한 방화 적층 구조체에 있어서, 가요성 습기 차단제의 제1웹; 상기 제1웹을 덮는 가요성 재료의 제2웹; 및 상기 접착제 혼합물중의 접착제가 경화되고 응고될 때 상기 웹을 접착 결합하기 위한 제1 및 제2웹 사이의 미경화된 실질적으로 무용매 접착제와 방화 조성물의 혼합물로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방화 적층 구조체.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 방화 조성물은 0.5:1 이상의 방화제 : 접착제 비율로 상기 혼합물에 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방화 적층 구조체.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 접착제와 상기 방화 조성물의 상기 혼합물을 폴리에스테르-이소시아네이트 접착제, 산화 데카브로모디페닐, 삼산화안티몬의 혼합물로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방화 적층 구조체.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 제1 및 제2웹 사이에 보강 섬유유리 스크림으로 더 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방화 적층 구조체.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 제1웹은 폴리머로 이루어지고 상기 제2웹은 금속 박으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방화 적층 구조체.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 제1웹은 직물로 이루어지고 상기 제2웹을 금속 박으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방화 적층 구조체.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 혼합물은 약 2 내지 30 파운트/림의 양으로 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방화 적층 구조체.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
