Abstract

본 발명은 유체 투과성 상면시이트, 상기 상면시이트에 연결된 유체 불투과성 배면시이트 및 상기 상면시이트와 상기 배면시이트 사이에 위치한 중간층을 포함하는 흡수 제품에 관한 것이다. 상기 상면시이트는 탄성의 3차원적으로 미세하게 팽창된 유체 투과성 웹(10)을 포함하고, 여기서 상기 웹은 제1융점 온도를 나타내는 제1중합체성 물질(50) 및 상기 제1중합체성 물질에 결합된 제2중합체성 물질(52)을 포함하여 적층물을 형성한다. 상기 제2중합체성 물질은 상기 제1융점 온도보다 낮은 제2융점 온도를 나타낸다. 상기 웹은 상기 적층물의 두께보다 먼거리로 떨어져 있는 제1표면 및 제2표면(41,43)을 갖는다. 상기 웹은 상기 제1표면에서 상기 제2표면으로 연장된 다수의 모세관(40)을 포함한다. 상기 모세관은 상기 제1 및 상기 제2표면의 중간층에 서로 상호 연결되어 있고 상기 제2표면에서 끝나는 다수의 측벽부(55)로 이루어져 있어, 상기 웹을 제1응점 온도와 제2융점 온도 사이의 온도로 가열하는 경우, 상기 측벽의 상기 제2중합체성 물질이 상기 웹의 상기 제2표면을 따라서 상기 중간층(61,201,305)에 열결합한다.

제4도는 제3도에 예시된 웹을 형성하도록 사용된 형태의 광에칭된 적층 구조를 확대하고, 부분적으로 절단한 구성도이고,
제5도는 생리대의 어셈블리의 구성도이다.

Claims (10)

  1. 유체 투과성 상면시이트, 상기 상면시이트에 연결된 유체 불투과성 배면시이트 및 상기 상면시이트와 상기 배면시이트 사이에 위치한 중간층을 포함하는 흡수 제품에 있어서, 상기 상면시이트가 탄성의 3차적으로 미세하게 팽창된 유체 투과성 웹을 포함하고, 상기 웹은 제1융점 온도를 나타내는 제1중합체성 물질에 상기 제1융점 온도보다 낮은 융점 온도를 나타내는 제2중합체성 물질이 결합하여 적층물을 형성하며, 상기 웹이 상기 적층물의 두께보다 먼거리로 떨어져 있는 제1표면 및 제2표면을 갖고, 상기 웹이 상기 제1표면에서 상기 제2표면으로 연장된 다수의 모세관을 갖고, 상기 모세관이 상기 제1 및 상기 제2표면의 중간층에 서로 상호 연결된 다수의 측벽부로 이루어져 상기 제2표면에서 끝나며, 상기 웹이 제1융점 온도와 제2융점 온도 사이의 온도로 가열되는 경우, 상기 측벽의 상기 제2중합체성 물질이 상기 중간층에 열결합함을 특징으로 하는 흡수제품.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 중간층이 흡수코어인 흡수 제품.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 중간층이 제2상면시이트인 흡수 제품.
  4. 제1항 내지 3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 중간층이 모세관 채널 섬유를 포함하는 흡수 제품.
  5. 제1항 내지 4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 중간층이 모세관 채널 섬유 및 2개 성분의 결합제 섬유를 포함하는 흡수 제품.
  6. 제1항 내지 5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 적층물이 최상부층 및 최하부층을 포함하는 흡수 제품.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 최상부층이 상기 제1중합체성 물질로 구성된 흡수 제품.
  8. 제6항에 있어서. 상기 최상부층이 상기 제2중합체성 물질로 구성된 흡수 제품.
  9. 제1항 내지 8항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 흡수 제품이 생리대인 흡수 제품.
  10. 제1항 내지 9항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 흡수 제품이 일회용 기저귀인 흡수 제품.
