본 발명은 폴리올레핀 및 충전재를 포함하는, 특히 납-황산 축전지를 위한 미세다공성 배터리 격리판에 있어서, 상기 폴리올레핀 성분의 평균 분자량이 5,000,000을 초과하고, 즉시 사용가능한 격리판의 추출가능한 오일 함량이 1% 미만인 미세다공성 배터리 격리판에 관한 것이다.

Claims (10)

  1. 폴리올레핀 및 충전재를 포함하는, 특히 납-황산 축전지를 위한 미세다공성 배터리 격리판에 있어서, 상기 폴리올레핀 성분의 평균 분자량이 5,000,000을 초과하고, 즉시 사용가능한 격리판의 추출가능한 오일 함량이 1%미만인 미세다공성 배터리 격리판.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리올레핀 성분이 폴리에틸렌을 포함하는 것인 미세다공성 배터리 격리판.
  3. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 폴리에틸렌의 점도수가 2,500을 초과하고, 한계 점도수가 2,000을 초과하는 것인 미세다공성 배터리 격리판.
  4. 제1항 내지 3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 전지의 전해질에 대해 불활성인 하나 이상의 무기 재료, 예를들면 MgO, Al2O3, SiO2, TiO2등이 충전재로 사용되는 것인 전지를 위한 미세다공성 배터리 격리판.
  5. 제1항 내지 4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 오일 수가 300ml/100g인 침강 규산이 충전재로 사용되는 것인 미세다공성 배터리 격리판.
  6. 제1항 내지 5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폴리에틸렌 5 내지 15중량%, 침강 규산 20 내지 40중량% 및 점활제 5 내지 75%중량%로 이루어진 혼합물을 압출시킨후, 점활제의 대부분 또는 전부를 추출에 의해 제거하여 제조한 것인 미세다공성 배터리 격리판.
  7. 제1항 내지 6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 점도 지수가 약 100이고 ,100℃에서의 점도가 약 4㎟/S인 나프텐-풍부 파라핀유가 점활제로 사용되는 것인 미세다공성 배터리 격리판.
  8. 제1항 내지 7항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 잔류 오일 함량이 0.5% 미만, 바람직하게는 0.1중량% 미만인 것인 미세다공성 배터리 격리판.
  9. 제1항 내지 8항중 어느 한 항에 기재된 미세다공성 배터리 격리판을 사용하여 제조한 전지 및 축전지.
