Abstract
본 발명은 폴리올레핀 및 충전재를 포함하는, 특히 납-황산 축전지를 위한 미세다공성 배터리 격리판에 있어서, 상기 폴리올레핀 성분의 평균 분자량이 5,000,000을 초과하고, 즉시 사용가능한 격리판의 추출가능한 오일 함량이 1% 미만인 미세다공성 배터리 격리판에 관한 것이다.

Claims (10)
- 폴리올레핀 및 충전재를 포함하는, 특히 납-황산 축전지를 위한 미세다공성 배터리 격리판에 있어서, 상기 폴리올레핀 성분의 평균 분자량이 5,000,000을 초과하고, 즉시 사용가능한 격리판의 추출가능한 오일 함량이 1%미만인 미세다공성 배터리 격리판.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리올레핀 성분이 폴리에틸렌을 포함하는 것인 미세다공성 배터리 격리판.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 폴리에틸렌의 점도수가 2,500을 초과하고, 한계 점도수가 2,000을 초과하는 것인 미세다공성 배터리 격리판.
- 제1항 내지 3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 전지의 전해질에 대해 불활성인 하나 이상의 무기 재료, 예를들면 MgO, Al2O3, SiO2, TiO2등이 충전재로 사용되는 것인 전지를 위한 미세다공성 배터리 격리판.
- 제1항 내지 4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 오일 수가 300ml/100g인 침강 규산이 충전재로 사용되는 것인 미세다공성 배터리 격리판.
- 제1항 내지 5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폴리에틸렌 5 내지 15중량%, 침강 규산 20 내지 40중량% 및 점활제 5 내지 75%중량%로 이루어진 혼합물을 압출시킨후, 점활제의 대부분 또는 전부를 추출에 의해 제거하여 제조한 것인 미세다공성 배터리 격리판.
- 제1항 내지 6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 점도 지수가 약 100이고 ,100℃에서의 점도가 약 4㎟/S인 나프텐-풍부 파라핀유가 점활제로 사용되는 것인 미세다공성 배터리 격리판.
- 제1항 내지 7항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 잔류 오일 함량이 0.5% 미만, 바람직하게는 0.1중량% 미만인 것인 미세다공성 배터리 격리판.
- 제1항 내지 8항중 어느 한 항에 기재된 미세다공성 배터리 격리판을 사용하여 제조한 전지 및 축전지.
