Abstract

본 발명은 차량충돌시 하체가 인스트루먼트 판넬 밑으로 밀려들어 가는 것을 방지하는 니볼스터 지지브라켓에 관한 것으로, 차량의 프런트 판넬 좌우양측의 사이드 힌지필라(side hinge pillar)(1)에 횡으로 설치된 타이바(Tie bar)(2)에 니볼스터(4)의 종(세로)길이와 일치접면되는 니볼스터 지지브라켓(10)을 설치하여 구성한 것이다.
이와같은 구성에 의해 차량충돌시에 니볼스터(4)의 변형편차가 최소화되어 서브마린 현상이 저하되어 에어백의 효과가 극대화됨으로써 운전석 및 조수석 탑승자의 안전도가 향상되는 것이다.

  1. 차량의 프런트 판넬 좌우차량의 사이드 힌지필라(side hinge pillar)(1)에 횡으로 설치된 타이바(Tie bar)(2)에 있어서, 상기 타이바에 니볼스터(4)의 종(세로)길이와 일치접면되는 니볼스터 지지브라켓(10)을 설치하여 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 니볼스터 지지브라켓.
