Abstract
본 발명은 인 화합물을 함유한 반응 물질을 첨가함으로써 폐기물 소각로에서 생성되고 유동성 금속의 염화물을 함유한 플라이 애시를 고온에서 인산화시켜 유독성 금속 염화물을 인산염으로 전환시키는 단계를 포함하고, 상기 인 화합물이 비금속 화합물이고, 염화 생성물이 기체 형태로 배출되도록 하는 상기 플라이 애시의 처리 방법에 관한 것이다. 또한, 본 발명은 상기된 방법을 수행되도록 하는 장치에 관한 것이다.

본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 플라이 애시의 처리를 위한 본 발명에 따른 제1장치를 개략적인 방법으로 도시한다, 제2도는 플라이 애시의 처리를 위한 본 발명에 따른 제2장치를 개략적인 방법으로 도시한다.
Claims (12)
- 인 화합물을 함유한 반응 물질을 첨가함으로써, 폐기물 소각로에서 생성되고 유독성 금속의 염화물을 함유한 플라이 애시를 고온에서 인산화시켜, 유독성 금속 염화물을 인산염으로 전환시키는 단계를 포함하고, 상기 인 화합물이 비금속 화합물이고, 염화 생성물이 기체 형태로 배출됨을 특징으로 하여, 상기 플라이 애시를 처리하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 반응 온도가 500∼1200℃의 범위임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 반응 물질이 인산, 인산 무수물 및 인산암모늄으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 반응 물질이 유기인 화합물임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 반응기(1)이 폐기물 소각로에서 생성되고 유독성 금속의 염화물을 함유한 플라이 애시를 혼입하는 수단, 인 화합물을 포함한 반응 물질을 혼입하는 수단, 500℃에서 1200℃ 사이의 온도에서 플라이 애시와 인 화합물 사이에 인산화 반응이 일어나도록 하는 가열 수단, 인산화된 애시를 추출하는 수단 및 플라이 애시와 인 화합물 사이의 반응에 의해 생성된 기체를 배출시키는 수단을 포함함을 특징으로 하여, 상기 플라이 애시를 처리하는 장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 배출 기체 내에 함유된 더스트를 여과하여 수거하도록 상기 기체 배출 수단에 접속된 더스트 수거기(7)을 추가로 포함함을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 더스트 수거기(7)이 건식 더스트 수거기임을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 반응기가 더스크를 다시 반응시키도록 혼입하는 수단을 추가로 포함함을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 배출 수단을 통해서 배출된 연무를 냉각시키는 장치(8)을 추가로 포함함을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 가열 수단이 반응 물질을 혼입하는 수단으로서 작용하는 하나 이상의 버너(3)을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제5항 내지 제10항 중 어느 항에 있어서, 반응기가 회전튜브 주위에 제조된 형태의 반응기임을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제5항 내지 제10항 중 어느 항에 있어서, 반응기가 플라이 애시의 인산화 및 인산화된 애시의 유리화를 연속적으로 수행할 수 있도록 유리화 공정을 수행하는 수단을 제공하는 용융노(20)으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개되는 것임.
