1. 청구범위에 기재된 발명이 속한 기술분야
슬라이드글래스 수납용 카세트 및 자동표본 제작장치.
2. 발명이 해결하려 하는 기술적 과제
적은 표본수에서도 염색액의 헛됨없고, 슬라이드글래스의 취급이나 제어에 관해서 자유도 높게 도말로부터 염색까지를 자동적으로 시행할수가 있는 지동표본 제작장치를 제공한다.
3. 발명의 해결방법의 요지
표본용 슬라이드글래스에 혈액의 도말을 시행하기 위한 도말부와, 표본용 슬라이드글래스 및 액체의 수납이 가능한 수납부를 구비하여 이루어진 슬라이드글래스 수납용 카세트를 1개 또는 복수개 착탈가능하게 셋트해서 반송하기 위한 반송부와, 표본용 슬라이드글래스를 상기 카세트 1매씩 수납하기 위한 수납조작부와, 상기 카세트에 염색액을 공급해서 도말이 끝난 슬라이드 글래스에 염색을 시행하기 위한 염색부등을 구비한다.

슬라이드글래스의 취급이나 제어에 관한 자유도의 높임, 카세트의 간단한 셋트, 염색액이나 세척액등의 공급이나 배출의 용이화.

제1도는 본 발명의 제1실시예에 관계는 자동표본 제작장치의 전체구성을 나타내는 평면도. 제2도는 제1도의 자동표본 제작장치의 부분구성을 나타내는 평면도. 제3도는 제1도의 자동표본 제작장치에 있어서의 슬라이드글래스 취출기구에 의해 슬라이드글래스 공급용 카세트로부터 슬라이드글래스 취출되기 전의 상태를 나타내는 측면도, 제4도는 제3도의 슬라이드글래스 취출기구에 의해 슬라이드글래스공급용 카세트로부터 슬라이드 글래스가 취출된 후의 상태를 나타내는 측면도. 제5도는 제3도의 슬라이드글래스 취출기구에 의해 슬라이드글래스 취출되어 인자를 위한 위치까지 반송되는 상태를 나타내는 측면도, 제6도는 제1도의 자동표본 제작장치를 구성하는 슬라이드글래스 수납용 카세트의 배면도.

Claims (8)

  1. 표본용 슬라이드그래스에 혈액의 도말을 시행하기 위한 도말부와, 표본용 슬라이드글래스 및 액체의 수납이 가능한 수납부를 구비하여 이루어진 슬라이드글래스 수납용 카세트를 1개 또는 복수개 착탈가능하게 셋트해서 반송하기 위한 반송부와, 표본용 슬라이드글래스를 상기 카세트에 1매씩 수납하기 위한 수납조작부와 상기 카세트에 염색액을 공급해서 도말이 끝난 슬라이드글래스에 염색을 시행하기 위한 염색부등을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 자동표본 제작장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 슬라이드글래스 수납용 카세트가 수납부에 연결되며 또한 수납부를 달아내린 형상으로 지지하기 위한 달아내림 지지부를 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동표본 제작장치.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 슬라이드글래스 수납용 카세트의 수납부 표본용 슬라이드글래스 및 액체의 수납이 가능한 주공간과,이 주공간에 인접설치되며 또한 주공간과 연통하는 액체공급ㆍ배출용의 부공간과, 주공간 및 부공간에 걸쳐서 설치되며 또한 주공간으로부터 부공간으로 향해서 하향 경사진 밑벽을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 자동표본 제작장치.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 슬라이드글래스 수납용 카세트의 수납부가 표본용 슬라이드글래스를 수납부내의 한쪽측부에 편위한 위치에서 지지하기 위한 지지용부분을 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동표본 제작장치.
  5. 제2항에 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 슬라이드글래스 수납용 카세트에 카세트가 소정상태 이외로 셋트되는 것을 방지하기 위한 부정셋트 방지부분이 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동표본 제작장치.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 수납조작부가 도말이 끝난 슬라이드글래스를 수평으로 지지하는 슬라이드글래스 지지부와, 반송부에 있어서의 카세트를 1개씩 일시정지시키는 정지기구와, 이 정지기구에 의해 일시정지한 카세트를 수평위치까지 가역적으로 회전운동시키는 회전운동기구와, 슬라이드글래스 지지부에 의해 지지된 도말이 끝난 슬라이드글래스를 이송하며 또한 회전운동기구에 의해 수평위치까지 회전운동된 동 카세트로 삽입하는 이송ㆍ삽입기구를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 자동표본 제작장치.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 염색부가 카세트 또는 수납체에 삽입가능한 피펫을 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동표본 제작장치.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 염색이 끝난 슬라이드글래스가 수납되어 염색부로부터 보내어진 카세트를 보관해두기 위한 보관부를 한 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동표본 제작장치.
