Abstract

본 발명은 설비의 변경을 필요로 하는 일없이 , 종래의 도장공정에 의해, 저장안정성에 뛰어나고 또한 얻게되는 도막의 특성에 뛰어난 , 웨트온 웨트 도장방법 및 그 방법으로 사용하는데 적합한 베이스코트 도료를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 하며, 그 구성에 있어서, 수산기 함유 올리고머와 아미노 플라스트 수재를 함유하는 베이스 코트 도료 위에, 상기 베이스코트 도료와는 다른 경화계의 클리어 도료를 웨트온 웨트로 도장하고, 이어서 베이킹하며, 베이스코트 도료에는 클리어도료의 경화계에 사용되는 경화촉매를 미리 배합하고, 또, 그 경화촉매로서는, 760mmHg에 있어서의 비점이 150℃ 이상의 것을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 한 것이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 수산기함유 올리고머와 아미노플라스트 수지를 함유하는 베이스코트 도료위에, 상기 베이스코트 도료와는 경화계의 클리어도료를 웨트 온 웨트로 도장하고, 이어서 베이킹하는 도료의 도장방법에 있어서, 상기클리어 도료의 경화계에 사용되는 경화촉매를 상기 베이스코트 도료에 배합한 후, 웨트 온 웨트 도장하고,또한 상기 클리어도료용의 경화촉매의 760mmHg에 있어서의 비점이 150℃이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 도장방법.
  2. 수산기 함유 올리고머와 아미노 플라스트 수지를 함유하는 베이스코트 도료에, 이 베이스트코트 도료와는 다른 경화계의 클리어도료를 웨트 온 웨트로 도장하고 또한 베이킹하는데 사용되는 상기 베이스코트 도료로서,상기 클리어 도료용의 경화촉매를 함유하고 또한 이 경화촉매가, 760mmHg에 있어서 150℃이상의 비점을 가진 것을 특징으로 하는 베이스코트 도료.
