Abstract
본 발명은 베어링 레이스가 있는 펌프장치로서 내부기어펌프를 갖는 유체를 이송시키기 위한 공급장치에 관한 것으로, 상기 베어링 레이스에서 회전되는 내부 기어가 베어링 저어널상에 배열되고, 내부기어가 내부기어와 베어링 레이스 사이에 배열된 외부기어가 맞물리는 방법에 의해 베어링 레이스와 회전되고, 내부기어는 외부기어보다 하나 더 적은 치차를 가져서 펌핑작용이 생성되게 하고, 저소음 수준, 부식에 대한 저항성, 중량감소를 얻기 위해 내부기어펌프, 예컨대 베어링 레이스, 내부기어 또는 외부기어의 적어도 몇몇의 부품들이 세라믹재로 이루어진다.

Claims (6)
- 유체를 이송시키기 위한 공급장치에 있어서, 베어링 레이스가 있는 펌프장치로서 내부기어펌프를 갖추고 있으며, 상기 베어링 레이스에서 회전하는 내부 기어는 베어링 저어널상에 배치되고, 외부기어는 외부기어와 베어링 레이스 사이에서 배열되고, 그리고 내부기어는 외부기어시트와 맞물리는 방법에 의해 베어링 레이스에서 회전되고, 내부기어는 외부기어보다 하나 더 많은 치차를 가져서 펌프 작용이 생성되도록 하는 공급장치에 있어서, 베어링 레이스 내·외부기어와 같은 내부기어펌프의 적어도 몇몇 부품들이 세라믹재로써 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체를 이송시키기 위한 유체공급장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 내부기어펌프의 모든 부품들이, 예컨대 베어링 레이스, 내부기어 및 외부기어가 세라믹재로써 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체공급장치.
- 제1 또는 2항에 있어서, 세라믹재가 산화 알루미늄인 것을 특징으로 하는 유체공급장치.
- 제1 또는 2항에 있어서, 세라믹재가 탄화 실리콘인 것을 특징으로 하는 유체공급장치.
- 제1내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 내.외부 기어의 표면형상의 표면이 정밀한 표면형상 성형방법, 예컨대 마무리 프레싱 또는 사출성형과 같은 수단에 의해 처리되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체공급장치.
- 제1 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 공급장치가 공급탱크로부터 모터차량의 엔진으로 모터연료를 이송시키는데 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체공급장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
