Abstract

본 발명은 1,2-페닐에탄디올을 효율적으로 광학분할하는 벙법에 관한 것으로서, 좀 더 상세하게는 하기식(Ⅰ)로 표시되는 1,2-페닐에탄디올 라세미 혼합물에 리파제와 아세테이트를 적용하여 광학순도가 높은 에스테르를 제조하므로써 (R,S)-1,2-페닐에탄디올을 광학적으로 분할하는 방법에 관한 것이다.
본 발명에 따르면, 상온 및 상압의 온화한 조건에서 짧은 시간내에 높은 광학적 순도를 유지하면서 반응을 완결시킬 수 있고, 또한 반응 후 처리 과정이 매우 단순하다는 장점이 있다.

Claims (8)

  1. 다음 식(Ⅰ)로 표시되는 (R,S)-1,2-페닐에탄디올을 효소의 존재하에서 아세틸기 공여체와 반응시켜 순수한 광학이성질체로 분리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 (R,S)-1,2-페닐에탄디올의 광학적 분할방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 아세틸기 공여체는 비닐아세테이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 (R,S)-1,2-페닐에탄디올의 광학적 분할방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 효소는 미생물 유래 리파제인 것을 특징으로 하는 (R,S)-1,2-페닐에탄디올의 광학적 분할방법.
  4. 제1항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 상기 효소는 분말상태 또는 고정화된 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 (R,S)-1,2-페닐에탄디올의 광학적 분할방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 효소와 디올과의 중량비는 5:1에서 1:100으로 유지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 (R,S)-1,2-페닐에탄디올의 광학적 분할방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 디올과 아세틸기 공여체와의 몰비가 1:1.6에서 1:15인 것을 특징으로 하는 (R,S)-1,2-페닐에탄디올의 광학적 분할방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 반응은 0~50℃의 온도로 유지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 (R,S)-1,2-페닐에탄디올의 광학적 분할방법.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 반응 후 컬럼크로마토그래피법에 의해 에스테르를 분리한 후 화학적 방법에 의해 1,2-페닐에탄디올로 전환시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 (R,S)-1,2-페닐에탄디올의 광학적 분할방법.
