Abstract

(목적)
염가의 E유리섬유를 사용하면서 내알칼리성이나 내산성인 내약품성이 우수하고, 더구나 습식부직포 초조시에 있어서 분산성이 우수한 유리섬유를 제공함을 목적으로 한다.
(구성)
본 발명의 유리섬유는 에폭시수지, 에폭시수지의 경화제, 에폭시실란을 함유하는 실란카프링제, 비스페놀A의 에틸렌옥사이드 부가물 또는 폴리에틸렌글리콜지방산 에스테르의 노니온계 계면활성제를 함유하는 집속제가 도포되어 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (3)

  1. 에폭시수지, 에폭시수지의 경화제, 에폭시실란을 함유하는 실란카프링제, 비스페놀A의 에틸렌 옥사이드 부가물 또는 폴리에틸렌글리콜지방산 에스테르의 노니온계 계면 활성제를 함유하는 집속제가 도포되어 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리섬유.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 집속제가 고형분표시로, 에폭시수지 0.5~5.0중량%, 경화제 0.01~5.0중량%, 실란카프링제 0.05~0.5중량%, 노니온계 계면활성제 0.5~5.0중량%를 함유하여 이루어지고, 강열감량이 0.1~1.0중량%가 되도록 부착하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리섬유.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 유리섬유부직포에 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리섬유.
