Abstract

본 발명은 열전도냉각판(Thermal Conduction Cooling Plate) 내부의 대류열전달양을 증가시키기 위한 열전도냉각판에 관한 것으로, 하판은 그의 내부에 냉매유로를 구분지으며, 상기 냉매의 인입실과 배출실이 연결되게 형성할 수 있도록 소정높이를 가지는 적어도 하나 이상의 칸막이가 구비되며, 상기 칸막이 각각의 내측 바닥면으로부터 소정높이로 설치된 다수의 냉각휜으로 구성하여 냉매의 유로상에 긴핀형상의 냉각휜을 다수 설치함으로써 냉매의 압력손실을 감소시키되, 냉매와의 접촉하는 열전달면적을 증가시키며, 냉매의 와류(Vortex Flow)를 유기시켜 고집적소자에서 발생하는 열을 신뢰성있게 냉각시키는 효과가 있다.

Claims (2)

  1. 상판과 하판의 결합으로 고집적소자에게 발생되는 열을 소정의 냉매로 냉각시켜 적정하게 유지시키기 위한 열전달 냉각판에 있어서, 상기 하판은 그이 내부에 냉매유로를 구분지으며, 상기 냉매의 인입실과 배출실이 연결되게 형성할 수 있도록 소정높이를 가지는 적어도 하나 이상의 칸막이가 구비되며, 상기 칸막이 각각의 내측 바닥면으로 부터 소정높이로 설치된 다수의 냉각휜을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열전도냉각판.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 냉각휜은 그의 단면형상이 소정각도를 가지는 각진형상으로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 열전도냉각판.
