Abstract

본 발명은 센서용 히터전극 및 이를 사용한 세라믹 히터에 관한 것으로, 좀 더 상세하게는 Al2O3히터기판(6)상에 형성된Pt-CeO2복합재료 타입의 전극(7)과, 상기Al2O3히터기관(6)과 동일한 재질의 기판(8)을 상기 전극(7)이 형성된 기판(6)상에 라미네이팅시켜 2층구조로 형성시켜 마이그레이션의 방지에 따라 종래의 마이그레이션 패턴의 생략이 가능하며 이에 따라 제조공정의 간략화가 가능할 뿐만 아니라 생산원가를 절감시킨 센서가열용 세라믹 히터에 관한 것이다.

센서용 히터전극 및 이를 사용한 세라믹 히터
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 종래의 기술에 따른 세라믹 히터의 분리 사시도이고, 제2도는 본 발명에 따른 전극을 사용한 세라믹 히터의 분리 사시도이며, 제3도는 본 발명의 일실시예와 비교예에 따라 제조된 세라믹 히터의 내구성을 나타낸 그래프이다.

Claims (6)

  1. 센서가열용 Al2O3히터기판상에 형성시킨 전극에 있어서, 상기 전극을 Pt-CeO2복합재료 타입 전극으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 센서용 히터전극.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 CeO2첨가량이 Pt에 대하여 3 ~ 14%임을 특징으로 하는 센서용 히터전극.
  3. 센서가열용 세라믹 히터에 있어서, 상기 Al2O3히터기판(6)상에Pt-CeO2복합재료 타입 전극(7)을 형성시키고, 상기 Al2O3히터기판(6)과 동일한 재질의 기판(8)을 상기 전극(7)이 형성된 기판(6)상에 라미네이팅시켜 2층구조로 형성시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 센서가열용 세라믹 히터.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 CeO2의 첨가량이 Pt에 대하여 3 ~ 4wt%임을 특징으로 하는 센서가열용 세라믹 히터.
  5. 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 상기 기판(6, 8)이 CeO2를 선택적으로 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 센서가열용 세라믹 히터.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 기판(6, 8)이 CeO2를 Pt에 대하여 14wt% 이하로 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 센서가열용 세라믹 히터.
