Abstract

본 발명의 비디오 소프트웨어 고속 인쇄 시스템의 자기 전사 장치에는 클링닝 테이프에 부착된 자성 분말등에 의하여 야기되는 자기 전사 장치의 파손을 클리닝 테이프에 부착된 자성 분말 등을 효율적으로 제거함으로써 방지하게 되는 클리닝 장치가 설치된다. 클리닝 장치의 가이드 폴의 양쪽 단부 플랜지에는 슬릿이 마련되고, 클리닝 테이프의 양쪽 가장자리 표면으로부터 떨어져 나온 물질은 상기 슬릿을 통해서 흡입된다. 이 결과, 테이프의 양쪽 가장자리 표면으로부터 떨어져 나온 자성 분말 등이 효율적으로 마더 테이프 및/또는 블랭크 테이프의 표면을 항상 클리닝 상태로 유지할 수 있게 된다.

Claims (4)

  1. 클리닝 테이프를 마더 테이프와 블랭크 테이프 중 적어도 하나와 접촉하게 하며 클리닝 테이프와 접촉한 테이프를 항상 클리닝된 상태로 유지하는 클리닝 장치를 구비하는 것으로서, 블랭크 테이프 상의 마더 테이프에 자기 접촉식 인쇄 방법에 의해 자기적으로 기록된 정보를 전송하는 자기 전사 장치에 있어서, 클리닝 테이프를 마더 테이프 또는 블랭크 테이프 중 적어도 하나와 접촉하게 하는 클리닝 장치에 마련되며 2개의 단부 플랜지를 구비하는 가이드 폴과, 클리닝 테이프의 양쪽 가장자리 표면으로부터 떨어져 나온 물질을 흡입하기 위하여 가이드 폴의 단부 플랜지 각각에 설치된 슬릿과, 상기 슬릿 각각을 연결시키기 위하여 가이드 폴 내측에 설치된 통공과, 상기 통공에 연결된 흡입 공기 발생 장치를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 전사 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 슬릿은 클리닝 테이프가 마더 테이프 및 블랭크 테이프와 접촉한 후에 상기 마더 테이프 및 블랭크 테이프 중 적어도 하나로부터 떨어져 이동한 위치 뒤에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 전사 장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 흡입 공기 발생 장치가 가압 공기를 변환시킴으로써 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 전사 장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 흡입 공기 발생 장치에 흡입 물질 집적용 필터가 마련된 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 전사 장치.
