Abstract

본 발명은 소형 전동모터를 사용하므로서 전력소모를 방지할 분만 아니라 차량의 주행속도에 관계없이 크고 작은 제동력을 상황에 맞춰 정확히 발생시키므로서 제동성능을 향상시킬 수 있는 디스크 브레이크에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은, 디스크 브레이크의 하우징(1), 상기 하우징(1)의 일측에 일부 몰입 설치된 전동모터(2), 상기 전동모터(2)의 동력을 부여받아 진퇴하는 나사산을 갖는 모터축(3), 상기 모터축(3)과 연동되며 상기 하우징(1) 내에서 전진하는 피스톤(4), 상기 하우징(1)의 타측에 구비되며 일측이 상기 하우징(1)의 내측에 지지되고 타측이 상기 피스톤(4)과 이격구비되는 한쌍의 슈(5), 상기 한쌍의 슈(5) 내측에 대향구비된 한쌍의 패드(6), 상기 한쌍의 패드(6) 사이에 면 접촉되도록 일부삽입된 디스크(7), 상기 피스톤(4)측에 위치한 슈(5)와 상기 피스톤(4)의 일단부 사이에 협지되며 제동력에 따라 발생되는 전압에 비례하며 상기 슈(5)를 상기 디스크축으로 밀착시키는 밀착수단으로 구성된다.

Claims (2)

  1. 디스크 브레이크의 하우징(1), 상기 하우징(1)의 일측에 일부 몰입 설치된 전동모터(2), 상기 전동모터(2)의 동력을 부여받아 진퇴하는 나사산을 갖는 모터축(3), 상기 모터축(3)과 연동되며 상기 하우징(1) 내에서 전진하는 피스톤(4), 상기 하우징(1)의 타측에 구비되며 일측이 상기 하우징(1)의 내측에 지지되고 타측이 상기 피스톤(4)과 이격구비되는 한쌍의 슈(5), 상기 한쌍의 슈(5) 내측에 대향구비된 한쌍의 패드(6), 상기 한쌍의 패드(6) 사이에 면 접촉되도록 일부삽입된 디스크(7), 상기 피스톤(4)측에 위치한 슈(5)와 상기 피스톤(4)의 일단부 사이에 협지되며 제동력에 따라 발생되는 전압에 비례하며 상기 슈(5)를 상기 디스크(7)축으로 밀착시키는 밀착수단을 포함하는 디스크 브레이크.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 밀착수단은 압전소자(8)인 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 브레이크.
