Abstract
본 발명은 중장비의 주행구동시스템에 관한 것으로, 중장비의 제1펌프(1)에서 토출되는 압유를 좌측 컨트롤 밸브블록(3)으로 이송시키는 제1메인바이패스라인(11)과 제2펌프(2)에서 토출되는 압유를 우측 컨트롤 밸브블록(4)으로 이송시키는 제2메인바이패스라인(12)에서 각각 압력보상밸브(13)와 셀렉트밸브(14)가 설치되고, 상기 각 보상밸브(13)에는 제1 및 제2서브바이패스라인(17,18)이 각각 연결되며, 상기 서브바이패스라인(17,18)에 전체 유압회로를 보호하기 위한 릴리이프밸브(19,20)가 설치되어 있는 한편, 상기 압력보상밸브(13)와 좌우측 주행스푸울(15,16) 사이가 파일롯신호라인(22)으로 연결되어져, 상기 압력보상밸브(13)에 의한 조절압력이 상기 주행스푸울(15,16)로 직접 전달되어지게 되어지도록 한 구조로 이루어져, 주행작동을 타 작동기와 독립적으로 이루어지게 할 수가 있고, 또한 이와 같이 주행속도가 타 작동기와 상관없이 이루어지게 되므로 인하여 주행의 미세한 조작이 가능해지도록 되어 있다.The present invention relates to a traveling drive system for heavy equipment, and includes a first main bypass line (11) and a second pump (2) for transferring the pressure oil discharged from the first pump (1) of the heavy equipment to the left control valve block (3).
