Abstract

덮개가, 작동시 핀에 의해 고정 작동가능한 위치에 유지되며 덮개가 그러한 위치를 보장하도록 구성된 스테이플러가 제공된다. 덮개 개방은 핀으로부터 덮개를 쉽게 개방하는 독립 개방레버의 작용에 의해 완수된다.

제3도는 제1도의 선 3-3을 따라 취해진 스테이플러 헤드, 덮개 및 덮개 개방레버의 부분단면도,
제4도는 헤드, 덮개 및 덮개 개방레버의 작동상태를 나타내는 부분단면도.

Claims (7)

  1. 헤드 및 스테이플 구동 운반채널과 상기 채널에 스테이플들을 공급하기 위한 제거가능 스테이플 블랭크 카트리지를 형성하도록 헤드에 인접 배치된 덮개를 가진 스테이플러에 있어서, a) 헤드에 관하여 덮개의 회전운동을 위해 헤드 및 덮개상에 위치한 피봇수단; b) 덮개상의 제1래치수단; c) 제1래치수단을 결합하기 위한 헤드상의 제2래치수단; d) 헤드상에 회전가능하게 설치되어 회전시 덮개를 개방하기 위하여 제2래치수단을 결합시키는 덮개를 감싸는 개방레버로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 스테이플러.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 덮개를 회전시키도록 덮개를 개방한 후 레버가 덮개와 결합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스테이플러.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 덮개가 정면부와 상기 정면부에 직각으로 배치된 두개의 측면부들을 갖고 있으며, 개방 레버가 정면부와 상기 정면부에 직각으로 배치된 2개의 측면부들로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 스테이플러.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 제2래치수단이 상부표면과 바닥표면을 가진 헤드내의 개구부, 개구부내에 배치된 래치핀 및 상부표면을 향해 상기핀을 조이는 스프링으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 스테이플러.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 제1래치수단이 후크수단 및 핀을 포함하며, 상기 후크수단이 큰 각도로 핀을 결합하여 덮개를 개방하기 위한 제1의 힘이 덮개에 적용되는 것이 필요하며, 개방레버가 핀을 낮은 각도로 결합하는 돌출부 수단을 포함하여 제1의 힘보다 작은 제2힘이 레버에 적용될때 핀이 덮개를 개방하도록 눌리는 것을 특징으로 하는 스테이플러.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 개방레버가 제2의 힘을 적용하기 위한 핸들을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스테이플러.
  7. 제5항에 있어서, 카트리지가 설치될때 상기 핀의 카트리지에 의해 고정위치에 유지되고, 카트리지가 제거될때 상기핀의 운동이 허용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 스테이플러.
