Abstract

본 발명은 기존의 용융아연 도금공정에서 비교적간단히 적용할 수 있도록 제안된 것으로, 용융아연 도금된 강판의 온도를 일정범위로 유지한 상태에서 주석분말을 분사하므로서 주석-아연 도금층의 밀착성, 표면외관 및 내식성이 우수한 주석-아연 도금강판을 제조하는 방법을 제공함에 그 목적이 있다.
본 발명은 주석-아연 도금강판의 제조방법에 있어서, 통상의 방법으로 용융아연 도금된 강판을 350~430℃ 온도범위로 유지한 다음, 상기 강판에 주석분할을 그 부착량이 500~1500mg/m2이 되도록 분사함을 특징으로 하는 주석-아연 도금 강판의 제조방법을 제공함을 그 요지로 한다.

Claims (2)

  1. 주석-아연 도금강판의 제조방법에 있어서, 통상의 방법으로 용융아연 도금된 강판을 350~430℃ 온도범위로 유지한 다음, 상기 강판에 주석분할을 그 부착량이 500~1500mg/m2이 되도록 분사함을 특징으로 하는 주석-아연 도금 강판의 제조방법
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 주석분말은 그 입도가 5um 이하임을 특징으로 하는 주석-아연 도금강판의 제조방법.
