Claims (10)

  1. 극저 탄소 강판의 적어도 한쪽면에 아연도금층 혹은 아연계 합금 도금층으로 피착시킨 강판에 있어서, 전술한 도금층과 바탕 강판과의 사이에 Fe-C도금층 또는 이 도금층의 확산에 의한 C 농화층을 가진 것을 특징으로 하는 용접성이 우수한 표면처리 강판.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, Fe-C도금층의 부착량의 0.01g/m2이상 10g/m2이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 용섭성이 우수한 표면처리강판.
  3. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 전술한 Fe-C도금층 또는 C 농화층의 C함유물이 10중량%이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 용접성이 우수한 표면처리강판.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 전술한 아연도금층 혹은 아연계 합금 도금층이 전기도금, 용융아연도금 또는 합금화 용융아연 도금에 의해 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 용접성이 우수한 표면처리강판.
  5. 강판표면에 부착량이 0.01g/m2이상 10g/m2이하에서 C함유율이 0.01중량%이상 10중량%이하의 Fe-C 계 도금을 실시한 후 아연 또는 아연계 합금도금을 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용접성 및 도금성이 우수한 표면처리 강판의 제조방법.
  6. 강판표면에 부착량이 0.01g/m2이상 10g/m2이하에서 C함유율이 00.01중량%이상 10중량%이하의 Fe-C 계 도금을 실시한 후 소둔처리를 행하고 이어서 아연 또는 아연계 합금도금을 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용접성 및 도금성이 우수한 표면처리 강판의 제조방법.
  7. 제5항 또는 6항에 있어서, 전술한 아연 또는 아연계 합금도금이 용융아연 도금인 것을 특징으로 하는 용접성 및 도금성이 우수한 표면처리 강판의 제조방법.
  8. 제5항 또는 6항에 있어서, 전술한 아연 또는 아연계 합금도금이 용융아연 도금 후 합금화 처리된 것을 특징으로 하는 용접성 및 도금성이 우수한 표면처리 강판의 제조방법.
  9. 제5항 또는 6항에 있어서, 전술한 아연 또는 아연계 합금도금이 전기도금인 것을 특징으로 하는 용접성 및 도금성이 우수한 표면처리 강판의 제조방법.
  10. 제5항 내지 9항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 전술한 강판이 극정 탄소강판인 것을 특징으로 하는 용접성 및 도금성이 우수한 표면처리 강판의 제조방법.
