Abstract

본 발명은 쓰레기 및 고형연료 건조 및 건류장치와 연소장치 그리고 건류 장치에서 발생한 가스를 오나전연소 시키는 3차연소실겸 보일러로 이루어져 있으며, 건조 및 건류장치는 내열성을 확보하기 위해 수냉튜우브로 제작되어 있으며 연소장치는 공지한 스토카 또는 유동스토카를 사용한다. 3차연소실은 수냉 또는 내화벽돌로 구성된 공간내에 적절한 공기공급장치를 사용하여 재연소시키도록 하고 있으며 연소후에는 보일러내의 복사전열부를 거친 폐열회수장치로 가서 에너지를 회수한뒤 공해처리장치를 거처 대기중으로 방류되게 한것이다.

Claims (5)

  1. 쓰레기나 석탄등의 고형연료를 소각연소시킴에 있어 제1차로 수냉 스토커를 설치하여 연소가스로 2차연소실에서 건조 및 건류시킨뒤 남은 숯과 같이 된 연료를 1차연소실에서 연소시키고 발생된 가스는 3차연소실에서 연소시키게 한 다단연소장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서 수냉튜우브 뒷면에 내열철판을 붙이고 하부는 내화단열물질로 감싸주고 튜우브사이사이로 연소가스가 흘러가서 건류부로 잘 흘러 갈수 있게 한 다단연소장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서 쓰레기 종류에 따라 푸셔의 장입길이가 조절될 수 있도록 투입푸셔를 2단 또는 그 이상 다단으로 한 다단연소장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서 수냉스토카를 부동시킨뒤 진동되게 하여 쓰레기를 전진시키는 다단연소장치.
  5. 2차연소실 중심부에 스크류형식의 슬러지 건조장치를 설치하여 강하되면서 건조된 뒤 연소하게 한 다단연소장치.
