Abstract
[목적] 전기 자동차의 전기 동력 유니트 및 동력 전달 유니트를 얻는 것에 의해 전기 자동차의 종합적인 주행 성능의 향상을 도모하는 것.
[구성] 동력계로서 밧데리 전원, 모터, 모터의 회전을 제어하는 제어 장치를 구비한 전기 자동차에 있어서, 상기 밧데리 전원을 구성하는 복수의 축전지와, 상기 축전지를 수용하는 케이스와, 상기 케이스에 탑재된 모터 구동 회로 및 충전기와, 상기 축전지를 덮어싸는 프레이트 기판과, 상기 축전지와 나란한 상기 모터 구동 회로 및 동전기의 각 단자를 접속하는 소켓으 구비한 전기 동력 유니트에 관한 것이다. 또한, 구동계로서 모터, 클러치, 변속장치, 동력 전달장치를 구비한 전기 자동차에 있어서, 도그 클러치를 구비한 자동 2속 클러치 변속 장치를 설치하고,상기 도그 클러치는 영구자석을 설치한 클럭치 가동부와, 여자 코일을 설치한 클러치구동부로 구성되는 동력 전달 유니트에 관한 것이다.

Claims (6)
- 동력계로서 밧데리 전원, 모터, 모터의 회전을 제어하는 제어 장치를 구비한 전기 자동차의 전기 동력 유니트에 있어서, 밧데리 전원을 구성하는 복수의 축전지와, 상기 축전지를 수용하는 케이스와, 상기 케이스에 탑재된 모터 구동 회로 및 충전기와, 상기 축전지를 덮어싸는 플레이트 기판과, 상기 축전지와 상기 모터 구동 회로 및 충전지의 각 단자를 접속하는 소켓을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 자동차의 전기 동력 유니트.
- 동력계로서 밧데리 전원, 모터, 모터의 회전을 제어하는 제어 장치를 구비한 전기 자동차의 전기 동력 유니트에 있어서, 밧데리 전원을 구성하는 복수의 축전지와 상기 축전지를 수용하는 케이스와, 상기 케이스에 탑재된 모터 구동 회로 및 충전기와, 상기 축전지를 덮어싸는 플레이트 기판과, 상기 축전지와 상기 모터 구동 회로 및 충전기의 각 단자를 접속하는 소켓을 구비하고, 상기 케이스는 방열판을 구비함과 동시에 이 방열판 위에 상기 모터 구동 회로 및 충전기를 탑재하는 한편, 상기 소켓은 상기 플레이트 기판의 하면에 설치되고, 이 플레이트 기판을 상기 소켓에 장착하면 상기 소켓이 상기 각 단자와 접속하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 자동차의 전기 동력 유니트.
- 구동계로서 모터, 클러치, 변속 장치, 동력 전달 장치를 구비한 전기 자동차의 동력 전달 유니트에 있어서, 모터 출력축과 동행 회전하고 또한 동일축 방향으로 이동 가능하게 배치된 도그 클러치와, 상기 도그 클러치의 양측에서 유전축 지지되고 이 도그 클러치와 기계적 접촉에 의해 접촉 분리되는 1속 및 2속 변속 기어를 구비한 기어열로 구성된 자동 2속 클러치 변속 장치를 설치하고, 상기 도그 클러치는 상기 모터 출력축 방향으로 이동 가능하게 설치되고 또한 영구자석을 설치한 클러치 가동부와, 상기 클러치 가동부의 외측에 설치되고 또한 여자 코일을 설치한 클러치 구동부로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 자동차의 동력 전달 유니트.
- 구동계로서 모터, 클러치, 변속 장치, 동력 전달 장치를 구비한 전기 자동차의 동력 전달 유니트에 있어서, 모터 출력축과 동행 회전하고 또한 동일 축 방향으로 이동 가능하게 배치된 도그 클러치와, 상기 도그 클러치의 양측에서 유전축 지지되고 이 도그 클러치와 기계적 접촉에 의해 접촉 분리되는 1속 및 2속 변속 기어를 구비한 기어열로 구성된 자동 2속 클러치 변속 장치를 설치하고, 상기 도그 클러치는 상기 모터 출력축 방향으로 이동가능하게 설치되고 또한 영구자석을 설치한 클러치 가동부와, 상기 클러치 가동부의 외측에 설치되고 또한 여자 코일을 설치한 클러치 구동부로 구성되고, 또한, 상기 클러치 구동부의 양단의 요크는 상기 클러치 가동부의 양단의 요크보다도 양단 두께를 두껍게 설정하고, 상기 클러치 구동부의 여자에 의한 상기 클러치 가동부의 이동에 따라 작용력이 반전하는 자기 회로를 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 자동차의 동력 전달 유니트.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 자동 2속 클러치 변속 자치가 방열판을 갖는 밀폐케이스내에 수납되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 자동차의 동력 전달 유니트.
