Abstract

본 발명은 릴레이스위치를 이용한 전기식 가속페달 잠금장치에 대한 것으로, 전원인가시 180°씩 회전을 실시하는 인터록모터(1)에 크랭크부재(41)와 링크부재(42)와 암부재(43)와 회전롤러(44)로 구성되는 액셀레이션 링크장치(4)를 설치하여 도어열림시 상기 인터록모터(1)의 회전동작에 따라 엑셀레이션링크장치(4)를 구성하는 링크부재(42)와 암부재(43)가 굴절되어 가속페달(3)의 저면을 떠받쳐주어 가속페달(3)이 잠기도록 함으로써 개문차를 예방하여 차량안전사고를 미연에 방지하고, 나아가 모든 비사업용차량에 대한 가속페달 잠금장치의 의무화를 만족시키고 동시에 법규제 비대상차량에도 본 발명의 전기식 가속페달 잠금장치의 적용을 유도하여 차량의 안전운행을 도모토록 한 것이다.

Claims (7)

  1. 전원인가시 180°씩 회전을 실시하는 인터록모터(1)와, 상기 인터록모터(1)에 연결되며, 상기 인터록모터(1)의 회전동작에 따라 링크부재(42)와 암부재(43)가 굴절되어 가속페달(3)의 저면을 받쳐줌으로써 가속페달(3)의 작동을 구속하는 액셀레이션링크장치(4)를 구비함을 특징으로 하는 차량의 가속페달 잠금장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 가속페달(3)의 작동을 구속하는 액셀레이션링크장치(4)가; 상기 인터록모터(1)의 피봇축(11)에 축설되어 180°씩 회전하는 크랭크부재(41)와, 상기 크랭크부재(41)와 회동 가능토록 연결되는 링크부재(42)와, 일측이 상기 링크부재(42)에 회동자재토록 연결되고 타측이 고정 설치되는 암부재(43)로 연결 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 차량의 가속페달 잠금장치.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 액셀레이션링크장치(4)를 구성하는 링크부재(42)와 암부재(43)의 연결 굴절부위에 가속페달(3)의 저면에 접촉되는 회전롤러(44)를 설치함을 특징으로 하는 차량의 가속페달 잠금장치.
  4. 상기 액셀레이션링크장치(4)를 작동시켜주는 인터록모터(1)에 전원을 공급하느 전원공급회로(5)를 구성함에 있어서, 차량도어의 열람시 “온”되는 도어스위치(SW1)와, 상기 인터록모터(1)와 키박스(2)에 연결되어 인터록모터(1)에 전원을 인가시키는 제1릴레이(RY1)와, 상기 키박스(2)와 제1릴레이(RY1)및 도어스위치(SW1)에 연결되어 제1릴레이(RY1)의 동작을 제어하는 제2릴레이(RY2)와, 상기 제1, 2릴레이(RY1)(RY2)와 연결되고 상기 인터록모터(1)의 회전동작에 의해 그 접점이 자동 전환도는 모터스위치(SW2)를 구비하여 도어개폐시 인터록모터(1)에 전원을 공급토록 함을 특징으로 하는 가속페달 잠금장치의 전원공급회로.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 도어열림시에는 제1릴레이(RY1)의 코일과 제2릴레이(RY2)의 접점(d)과 모터스위치(SW2)의 접점(e)이 폐회로를 구성함을 특징으로 하는 가속페달 잠금장치의 전원공급회로.
  6. 제4항에 있어서, 도어닫힘시에는 제1릴레이(RY1)이 코일과 제2릴레이(RY2)의 접점(c)과 모터스위치(SW2)의 점점(f)이 폐회로를 구성함을 특징으로 하는 가속페달 잠금장치의 전원공급회로.
  7. 제4항에 있어서, 인터록모터(1)의 180°회전시 모터스위치(SW2)의 접점(f)(e)이 자동 변환되도록 하여 제1릴레이(RY1)의 단속제어가 이루어지도록 함을 특징으로 하는 가속페달 잠금장치의 전원공급회로.
