본 고안은 지하수속에 설치하여 지하수를 펌핑하는 수중 펌프용 수중모우터에 관한 것으로서, 본 출원인이 이미 취득한 실용신안등록 제44943호의 수중모우터를 더욱 개량하여 톱케이스의 회전부에 조립되어 있는 회전씰이 마모되어 지하수속에 함유되어 있는 미세한 모래입자가 수중 모우터내부에 유입됨으로 인하여 누전, 합선등의 고장발생과 베어링의 급속한 마모를 방지하기 위하여 톱케이스의 내부모우터측에 물을 흡수하고, 모래를 걸러내는 필터(FILTER)를 겸한 수분검출기를 고정하여 모래를 필터에 걸려지게 하여 모우터내부로 유입되는 것을 방지함으로서, 베어링등 내부의 부품을 보호하고, 물은 필터에 흡수되게 하여 이를 지상에 설치된 전기콘트롤박스에 전기적 저항으로 측정될 수 있도록 하고, 일정치의 저항값이 되었을 때 수중모우터가 자동으로 정지되고, 경보가 울리게 하여 이의 원인이 된 회전씰을 적기에 교체시킬 수 있도록 하고, 또한 수중모우터의 앤드케이스에는 불활성가스충전용 플러그를 설치하여 내부를 불활성가스로 충진할 수 있도록 하여 모우터내부의 코일의 피막, 회전부의 윤활유등과 내장된 부품의 작동중 발생될 수 있는 산화등 화학작용을 미연에 방지함으로서, 이에 의한 고장원인을 제거하고, 전기적효율을 극대화시켜 성능을 향상시킬 수 있도록 한 수중모우터를 안출하게 된 것인데 이를 첨부도면에 의하여 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.The present invention relates to a submersible motor for a submersible pump installed in an underground water pump to pump groundwater, and the rotary seal which is assembled to the rotating part of the top case by further improving the submersible motor of Utility Model Registration No. 444943 that the applicant has already acquired.
