Description

SURFACE LIQUID RECOVERY DEVICE

The present invention relates to a surface layer (surface layer liquid) collecting apparatus. The surface layer recovery apparatus is used to separate mechanical oil, foreign matter, and the like floating on the surface layer liquid of the cutting liquid from the surface layer liquid due to, for example, a difference in specific gravity between the liquid and a liquid such as a cutting liquid.

As such a surface layer liquid recovery apparatus of this kind, the techniques described in Patent Documents 1 and 2 have been proposed. These surface layer liquid recovery devices are used by being connected to a separation tank. The separation tank is for separating a machine oil or foreign matter (hereinafter, simply referred to as " foreign matter ") from a surface layer liquid such as a cutting liquid. The surface layer recovery device is connected to the separation tank so as to transfer (transfer) the surface layer liquid to the separation tank.

The surface layer recovery apparatus includes an inlet port portion adapted to suck the surface layer liquid of the liquid following the level of the liquid surface and a transfer pump for transferring the surface layer liquid introduced from the inlet port portion to the separation tank. As an electric motor for driving the feed pump, an AC induction voltage such as a capacitor-driven motor or a three-phase three-phase induction voltage generator is employed.

However, in recent years, a cutting liquid tank for a machine tool, which is one object using a surface layer liquid recovery apparatus of this kind, tends to be downsized or made low in water level. Therefore, with the miniaturization of the cutting fluid tank for a machine tool or the lowering of the water surface, the surface layer recovery apparatus is required to be downsized.

However, in general, an AC induced voltage generator is used for the surface layer recovery device, and the AC induced voltage generator is low efficiency. Therefore, in order to secure the efficiency required as the feed pump, the corresponding AC induced voltage is used. As a result, the AC induction voltage becomes larger and the AC induction voltage becomes larger. For this reason, it has been difficult to miniaturize the surface layer liquid collecting apparatus in the surface layer liquid collecting apparatus using the AC induced voltage unit.

Japanese Patent No. 4291873 Japanese Patent No. 4347409

Accordingly, it is an object of the present invention to provide a surface layer liquid recovering device capable of achieving downsizing.

[ The impeller 11 is fixed to one end of the rotary drive shaft 13 protruding to the liquid transfer region 14 from the outside. An intermediate portion of the rotary drive shaft 13 is rotatably supported around the shaft center by the bearing 29 incorporated in the mounting recess 21 of the cover portion 20. [ The other end of the rotary drive shaft 13 is rotatably supported around the shaft center by the bearing 30 mounted on the mounting concave portion 22 of the seam 26 of the cylindrical portion 25. [ Each of the bearings 29, 30 is a slide bearing. The permanent magnet 27 is fixed to the outer peripheral portion of the body portion 25a of the cylindrical portion 25. The permanent magnet 27 and the induction coil 28 are disposed so as to oppose each other in the radial direction with the body portion 25a of the cylindrical portion 25 interposed therebetween.

The surface-layer-liquid recovery apparatus (1) includes a sealing device (31). The sealing device 31 suppresses the intrusion of foreign matter into the driving part 12 side. A sealing device (not shown) is provided between the impeller 11 and the rotary drive shaft 13 and between the impeller 11 and the cover part 20 so as to suppress the intrusion of foreign matter into the drive part 12 (inside the cylindrical part 25) (31) are provided. An insertion concave portion 34 for mounting the sealing device 31 is formed on the radially inner side of the corner portion 11a on the side surface of the impeller 11. The sealing device 31 is formed in an annular shape and is inserted so as to sandwich the rotary drive shaft 13 from the outside. The sealing device 31 is integrally formed by a disc-like seal body 32 and an annular lip chamber 33 projecting from one side of the seal body 32 side. When the lip chamber 33 of the sealing device 31 is in contact with the outer peripheral portion of the insertion hole 23, it is possible to suppress the entry of the foreign matter from the insertion hole 23.

The apparatus main body 5 and the separation tank 4 are communicatively connected by a discharge pipe 37 mounted on the discharge side mounting portion 36 of the one end side portion 15 formed in the apparatus main body 5. [ The separating tank 4 is connected to a recycling pipe (return pipe) 38 for returning the surface layer 3 to the basin 2. To the driving unit 12, a power cord 39 for electrically connecting the driving unit 12 to a DC power source (not shown) is connected.

In the above-described configuration, a DC brushless motor is used as the driving unit (electric motor) 12. Therefore, the surface layer-liquid recovery apparatus 1 has an advantage that it can be used in a limited use place that does not have a commercial power source.

When the power cord 39 is connected to the DC power source and the drive unit 12 is driven, the impeller 11 rotates together with the rotary drive shaft 13, and the lift force of the feed pump 10 causes the suction port The surface layer liquid 3 containing the mechanical oil or the like is sucked from the suction port portion 8 while following the level of the liquid surface 7. The surface liquid 3 is sucked from the bellows cylinder 6 into the liquid transferring region 14 and then from the liquid transferring region 14 to the discharge pipe 37 and then into the separating tank 4 . The mechanical oil or the like is removed (separated) by the difference in specific gravity in the separation tank 4 and the surface layer 3 from which the mechanical oil or the like is removed is returned from the recirculating pipe 38 back to the liquid tank 2 . The impeller 11 has a structure in which the cantilever is supported on the rotary drive shaft 13. When the surface layer 3 moves from the liquid transfer region 14 to the discharge tube 37, There is no. Therefore, the surface layer 3 can be moved very smoothly. By repeating the above operation, the surface layer 3 is always kept in a state in which foreign substances are removed, and the liquid (cutting liquid) in the basin 2 can be used in a good state.

A DC brushless motor is smaller than an AC induction voltage generator such as a capacitor-driven motor of the same efficiency or a three-phase three-phase induction voltage generator. Therefore, the entire surface-layer liquid collecting apparatus 1 can be downsized while securing the efficiency of the transfer pump necessary for the recovery of the surface layer 3.

When the cutting fluid of the machine tool is the surface layer liquid 3, the surface layer liquid 3 contains not only the mechanical oil but also metal powder (magnetic powder such as iron powder) generated when the machine tool is cut. A direct current brushless motor is used as the driving unit 12 of the surface layer liquid recovery apparatus 1 and a permanent magnet 27 is incorporated in the cylindrical portion 25. When the metal powder mixed in the surface layer 3 adheres to the permanent magnet 27, the efficiency of the transfer pump 10 is lowered or is not driven. However, in the surface layer liquid recovery apparatus 1, the sealing device 31 is provided between the impeller 11 and the rotary drive shaft 13 and between the impeller 11 and the cover part 20. [ Therefore, the state in which the mechanical oil or the foreign matter enters the drive unit 12 can be reliably suppressed, the efficiency of the transfer pump 10 can be prevented from lowering, and the failure can be prevented.

Above, the surface layer-liquid recovery apparatus 1 according to the present embodiment includes the suction port portion 8 configured to suck the surface layer liquid 3 following the liquid level of the liquid in the liquid tank 2, And a transfer pump 10 for transferring the surface layer liquid 3 introduced from the transfer chamber 8 to a separation tank 4 for separating the surface layer 3 into liquid and foreign substances mixed in the liquid, A DC brushless motor is provided as a driving unit for driving the feed pump 10.

Therefore, the driving pump 10 is driven by the driving of the DC brushless motor so that the surface layer liquid 3 of the liquid in the basin 2 is sucked from the suction port portion 8 and the surface layer liquid 3, (4) and separated into a liquid and a foreign substance. DC brushless motors are smaller than AC induction voltage generators, such as capacitor-driven motors of the same efficiency, and three-phase three-phase induction voltage generators. Therefore, after the entire surface layer liquid recovery apparatus 1 is miniaturized, the efficiency of the transfer pump necessary for the recovery of the surface layer liquid 3 is secured. In addition, by using a DC brushless motor, it is possible to use the surface layer liquid collecting apparatus 1 by using a battery even in a place where there is no commercial power source.

In the surface layer liquid recovery apparatus 1 of the present embodiment, the DC brushless motor has a rotary drive shaft 13, and the rotary drive shaft 13 is supported by a slide bearing so as to be rotatable around the axial center. With this configuration, it is possible to suppress the entry of foreign matter into the DC brushless motor side by the sealing device 31, so that the failure of the transfer pump 10 due to the foreign matter can be suppressed, Lt; / RTI >

In the surface layer-liquid recovery apparatus 1 of the present embodiment, the one end side portion 15 incorporating the impeller 11, the other end side portion 17 containing the DC brushless motor, the one end side portion 15, (13) having one end and the other end of the impeller (11), and the apparatus main body (5) having a partition wall (18) And is attached to the insertion hole 23 of the partition 18 so that one end of the rotary drive shaft 13 is disposed in the one end side portion 15 and the other end portion of the rotary drive shaft 13 is disposed in the other end side portion 17 And the sealing device 31 is provided between the impeller 11 and the partition 18.
