Abstract

본 발명은 특정 방향의 내 충격성, 인장강도 등이 기계적 물성을 유지하면서 그의 직각방향의 기계적물성을 향상시켜 자동차 범퍼빔, 토목, 건축용 등의 구조재에 사용될 수 있는 열가소성 복합재료 프리 프레그를 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다.
즉, 본 발명은 유리섬유 매트로 유리섬유 로빙을 무배향의 균일한 웨브(web)를 형성하고 그 위에 일방향 및 그의 직각방향으로 유리섬유를 배열한 후 니들펀칭하여 제조된 것을 사용하여 폴리프로필렌수지를 유리섬유 매트에 열용융 함침하여 판상의 열가소성 복합재료 포리프레그를 제조한 것으로서, 본 발명에 의해 제조된 경우 경량이면서 특정 방향으로의 기계적 강도가 우수할 뿐만 아니라 그의 직각방향의 물성도 향상되어 여러가지 용도로 사용 가능한 잇점이 있다.

Claims (5)

  1. 폴리프로필렌 수지를 유지섬유 매트에 열용융 함침하여 판상의 열가소성 복합재료 프리프레그를 제조함에 있어서, 유리섬유 매트는 유리섬유 로빙을 무배향의 균일한 웨브(web)를 형성하고 그 위에 일방향 및 그의 직각 방향으로 유리섬유를 배열한 후 니들펀칭하여 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 복합재료 프리프레그.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 일방향으로 배열된 유리섬유가 유리섬유 총중량에 대하여 30-70 중량%, 일방향의 직각 방향으로 배열된 유리섬유는 유리섬유 총중량의 10-30 중량% 범위 내에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 복합재료 프리프레그.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 열가소성 복합수지 프리프레그는 유리섬유가 열가소성 복합수지 프리프레그 총중량에 대하여 20-60% 범위 내에서 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 복합재료 프리프레그.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 유리섬유는 10-30㎛ 굵기의 유리섬유 필타멘트를 50-3000개 집속시킨 것임을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 븍합재료 프리프레그.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리프로필렌 수지는 용융지수가 2-20g/10min의 것을 사용한 것임을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 복합재료 프리프레그.
