Abstract

본 발명은 생분해성 키틴섬유 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 좀더 상세하게는 키틴과 PVA를 혼합시켜 혼합물을 제조한 후, 상기 혼합물을 포름산 용매에 용해시킨 다음, 구금을 통해 1∼1.5㎏/㎠의 질소 가스압으로 가압시킨 후, 응고용매하에서 응고시킨 키틴섬유 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
본 발명의 섬유는 분해흡수성 수술용 봉합사, 인공피부 또는 의료용 접착재료로 사용가능하다.

Claims (9)

  1. 키틴과 PVA를 혼합시켜 혼합물을 제조한 후, 상기 혼합물을 포름산 용매에 용해시킨 다음, 구금을 통해 1∼1.5㎏/㎠의 질소 가스압으로 가압시킨 후, 응고용매하에서 응고시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 성분해성 키틴섬유의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 키틴과 PVA의 혼합비가 중량비로 50 : 50∼99 : 1임을 특징으로 하는 성분해성 키틴섬유의 제조방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 혼합물을 포롬산으로 용해시킨후의 농도가 1∼20%임을 특징으로 하는 성분해성 키틴섬유의 제조방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 응고용매가 에탄올, 에틸아세테이트 및 이들의 혼합물로 구성된 군으로부터 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 성분해성 키틴섬유의 제조방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 키틴이 β-키틴임을 특징으로 하는 성분해성 키틴섬유의 제조방법.
  6. 분해흡수성 수술용 봉합사, 인공피부 또는 의료용 접착재료로 사용이 가능한 제1항 내지 제5항의 어느 한항의 방법으로 제조된 키틴섬유.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 섬유의 굵기가 20d 이하임을 특징으로 하는 키틴섬유.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 섬유의 굵기가 0.5∼5d임을 특징으로 하는 키틴섬유.
  9. 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 상기 섬유의 건조상태의 강도가 2g/d 이상임을 특징으로 하는 키틴섬유.
