Abstract

본 발명은 자동차용 스티어링 컬럼에 관헌 것으로, 특히 인너튜브와 아웃터튜브로 구획 분리된 것을 일체화시킨 어퍼필드 타입의 튜브컬럼을 제공함으로서 제작공정이 간편하여 더불어 불량률이 낮아지게 되고 작은 공간으로도 충분한 충격흡수 효과 기능이 있는 것이 특징이다.

Claims (7)

  1. 자동차용 조향핸들과 기억박스간을 조향축(1)에 의해 연결되고, 그 외주연에 상단 고정편(2)으로 부터 탈피되는 상부 브라컷트(3)를 부착하며 하단 고정편(4)에 고정되는 하부 브라켓트(5)를 조향축(1) 하단 외주연에 부착된 것에 있어서 상기 상ㆍ하부 브라켓트(3)(5) 사이에는 다수의 장공(6)과 이 장공(6) 사이마다 돌출부(7)를 갖는 튜브컬럼(8)이 부착된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 스티어링 컬럼.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 튜브컬럼(8)의 장공(6a)이 중앙으로부터 경사지게 벌어진 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 스티어링 컬럼.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 튜브컬럼(8)의 장공(6b)이 양측으로 단차진 형상을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 스티어링 컬럼.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 튜브컬럼(8)의 장공(6c)이 일측방향으로 중앙이 돌출된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 스티어링 컬럼.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 튜브컬럼(8)의 장공(6d)이 일측방향으로 중앙이 함몰된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 스티어링 컬럼.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 튜브컬럼(8)의 장공(6e)이 복수개로 구획분리된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 스트어링 컬럼.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 튜브컬럼(8) 내측으로 인너튜브(8´)가 삽입 부착된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 스티어링 컬럼.
