Abstract

팔레트된 또는 팔레트되지 않은 패키지(F) 형태로 배열된 로드들을 상기 패키지 주위에, 필요하다면, 예비-스트레칭된 후에 팔레트 주위에, 배치된 스트레칭 필름을 사용하여 외부적으로 포장하기 위한 방법 및 기계로써, 필름은 150% 내지 500% 신장되어 예비-스트레칭된 상태로 저장되어 있는 스풀(14)등으로부터 공급되며, 이완된 후에는 1회전당 필름부분이 2 내지 7daN/mm2, 바람직하게는 2 내지 3daN/mm2의 장력을 나타낸다.

Claims (9)

  1. 팔레트될 수도 있고 그렇지 않을 수도 있는 다발을 형성하도록 함께 그룹지어 있는 물품의 로드들을 스트레칭가능한 필름을 통하여 포장하는 방법에 있어, 상기 필름은 상기 다발 주위에, 적절하다면 팔레트에, 예비-스트레칭된 후에 배치되고, 예비-스트레칭된 상태로 스풀(14)등으로부터 공급되며, 상기 방법은 필름이 약150% 내지 500%의 팽창값으로 예비-스트레칭되며, 이완된후에는 스풀에서 1회전당 필름부분이 평방밀리미터당 2 내지 7 데카뉴톤(daN/mm2), 바람직하게는 2 내지 3 daN/mm2의 장력을 나타내는 것을 특징으로 하는 포장방법.
  2. 팔레트될 수도 있고 그렇지 않을 수도 있는 다발로 함께 그룹지어 있는 물품의 로드를 포장하기 위한 기계에서, 포장은 상기 다발 주위에, 적절하다면 팔레트에 배치되는 스트레칭 가능한 필름을 통하여 이루어지며, 상기 기계는 사실상 원통형의 스커트(20)와 챔퍼형 단부(21, 22)를 가지고, 포장필름(11)이 상기 필름을(11)이 상기 필름을 통하여 이루어지며, 상기 기계는 사실상 원통형의 스커트(20)와 침퍼형 단부(21, 22)를 가지고, 포장필름(11)이 상기 필름을 스트레칭시키기 위한 부가적인 수단이 없이도 예비-스트레칭된 상태로 저장되는 스풀(14)등을 수용하기 위한 수용수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 포장기계.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 예비-스트레칭된 필름의 준비된 스풀(14)을 지지하기 위한 수단과, 예비-스트레칭된 상태로 저장된 필름이 공급되는 수용수단으로 상기 스풀을 이송하기 위한 이송수단을 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 포장기계.
  4. 제2항 또는 3항에 있어서, 기계는 정지된 다발(F)을 갖는 회전 링 타입의 것으로, 상기 회전링에 제공되는 예비-스트레칭된 상태로 저장된 필름의 스풀을 지지하기 위한 수단을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 포장기계.
  5. 제2항 또는 3항에 있어서, 기계는 “회전 암”(B) 타입인 것을 특징으로 하는 포장기계.
  6. 제2항 또는 3항에 있어서, 기계는 “회전 로드” 타입인 것을 특징으로 하는 포장기계.
  7. 제2항에 있어서, 기계는 ″커튼″타입인 것을 특징으로 하는 포장기계.
  8. 제1항의 방법을 실시하거나, 또는 제2항 내지 7항중 어느 한 항에 다른 기계에서 실시되기에 적합한 스풀등에 있어서, 상기 스풀은 팔레트될 수도 있고 그렇지 않을 수도 있는 다발을 형성하도록 함께 그룹지어 있는 물품의 로드들을 포장하기 위한 필름(11)으로 구성되며, 필름은 150% 내지 500% 신장되어 예비-스트레칭된 상태로 저장되며, 이완된 후에는 1회전망 필름부분이 2 내지 7 daN/mm2, 바람직하게는 2 내지 3 daN/mm2의 장력을 나타내는 것을 특징으로 하는 스풀.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 챔퍼된 단부(21, 22)를 가진 사실상 원통형의 스커트(20)를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 스풀.
