Abstract

본 발명은 밀링 커터에 고정되기 위한 것이며 약 3/4까지 둥글게 된 커팅 삽입체에 관한 것이다. 남은 1/4은 2개의 서로 사실상 수직인 측면(4,5)를 포함하고, 그 사이의 모서리에 인접한 2개의 측면들 중 하나의 일부분(6)은 평행한 랜드를 형성하고 상기 양 측면들과 둔각을 형성하도록 경사진다. 이러한 곡선형 구성에 의해 평행 랜드의 각[평행 랜드 커팅 날(11)과 절삭된 표면 사이의 각]은 매우 정밀하게 조정될 수 있고, 이는 커팅 삽입체의 소정 클램핑력을 변경함이 없이 매끈한 면이 가공될 수 있게 한다.

제4도는 본 발명에 의한 커팅 삽입체의 다른 양호한 실시예의 사시도이고,
제5도는 제4도의 커팅 삽입체의 카트리지로의 장착을 도시한다.

Claims (3)

  1. 상부 칩면(1)과, 칩면에 사실상 평행 평면인 바닥면과, 이들 사이로 연장되는 측면(3, 4, 5, 6, 7)들을 갖는 커팅 삽입체에 있어서, 커팅 삽입체의 주연의 약 3/4이 대략 원형으로 둥글게 되어 있고, 커팅 삽입체의 주연의 잔여부는 2개의 상호 사실상 수직인 측면(4,5)들을 포함하고, 측면들 사이의 모서리에 인접한 2개의 측면들 중 하나의 일부분이 평행 랜드(6)을 형성하고 상기 측면들 모두와 둔각을 형성하도록 경사진 것을 특징으로 하는 커팅 삽입체.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 평행 랜드(6) 및 측면(4)들 중 하나 사이의 모서리에 보강 모따기부(7)이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 커팅 삽입체.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 평행 랜드(6)을 형성하는 한 측면의 일부분이 상기 측면(5)의 전체 원래 길이의 20 내지 40%를 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 커팅 삽입체.
